Matt Landrum did GREAT work on our foundation. It's like brand new. We had some stairs sinking in, and they made them look brand new. Thank you!!

Mark Tramontozzi did an annual inspection today and we were pleasantly surprised at his thoroughness. While checking all rooms, he continously informed us as to what he was looking for and/or found. We had moved our furniture to make it easier for him to evaluate the lower room and when he finished, he even offered to help put the furniture back. We are very pleased with the inspection.

They were professional and courteous. They completed the project within the day, exactly as they had said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in order. And they talked with me at length about the project, future steps, major considerations, etc. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks and it was a pleasure to work with this team.

my foundation has dropped 2 inches and a friend referred me to groundworks. My crew that put five jacks underneath my house to lift it up to be level . My crew consisted of Kay,Tee And Myint OO. They were very professional. They kept me posted on what they were doing made sure, I understood the process of the work that was being done throughout the whole day they were working. After they jacked the house up, it was apparent that my main support beam had returned to the original place from where it had separated from the ceiling. I would recommend this company to anyone that has foundation problems.. They do have financing which allows you to have two years interest free to pay back the cost of The project. Which is a bonus on top of the awesome job they did.

Ryan was great to work with. He communicated before the appointment, arrived when expected and did a very thorough analysis and explanation of our driveway. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Mark Tramoutozzi was very thorough and explained every thing he was doing and what I should look out for. And showed me how the pump work and what to look out for. Hung up the electrical block and cleaned up around it. Very nice and polite.

This is the third time we’ve had Groundworks work on different areas of our foundation. They are extremely professional as well as very respectful of our home. Mitchell drove 250 miles to estimate flood damage at our farmhouse; spent hours there; was excellent and "sold us". 2 weeks later technicians Mel, Jo & Willie arrived and completed the work in a very efficient 3 hours. Company was very professional and we would rate them as excellent.

Had my insurance do an outside inspection of my house and they found cracked foundation brick. I called Groundworks and they were out with in a few days to help with my problem.
