I am incredibly disappointed with the work that was done. The work was to be completed in one day and it ended up taking three days. That was the least of the issues… work was sloppy and not double checked. A bad situation is an understatement on how we feel about this project.

My husband and I found ourselves at a loss when a faulty sump pump caused the seal around our basement to leak, flooding the lower level of our home. Unsure of where to turn, we began seeking help.
We reached out to several companies and were most impressed by Groundworks’ proposed plan of action. After calling them, we were pleased that within a week, Rory Wittington visited our home to assess the damage and provide a repair estimate.
The foreman, Grant Williams, along with his crew Martine and Jo, arrived at our house and began the necessary repairs. Grant was exceptionally personable, taking the time to explain each step of the process in a way I could easily understand.
The transformation of our basement was remarkable. The quality of the repair exceeded our expectations. Grant and his team ensured everything was spotless before leaving: all concrete debris was removed, and no dust remained. Based on our positive experience, I highly recommend Groundworks to family and friends.

Waterproofing completed this spring. No problems since it was completed. Warren Peters, Ler Htoo, Eh Tee, and Pay Ray did a very good job. Good communication and the systems works and they indicated it would. Thank you!

I wish I could give more stars because CJ was absolutely amazing!!! He definitely needs a raise and a breakfast burrito!!! Will be recommending Groundworks to everyone just because of him and his expertise and knowledge.

I was told that the company they finance through was interest free but when I got the first bill, it showed 25 percent interest. Groundworks responded to me and said that it’s zero percent interest unless you go over 18 months.
Groundworks did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Our basement was in need of repair. We are happy with the work Tee, Kay, Ma from groundwork’s did. They were polite and kept the work area neat and clean. Very knowledgeable. Great work!

Today I had the open to the earth part of my basment sealed. WOW! The crew was professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. It was all done in 3 hours. The 3-person arrived at my home and immediately started working and explained what the protocol was. One of the crew said at any time if I had questions feel free to ask. The job was estimated to take a full day and part of the 2nd day. This crew never stopped. The job was completed in one day, the issues we had are no longer there and we are satisfied customers. We had Groundworks install a gutter system and sump pump in our basement. Louis came and did a thorough inspection and walked us through our options. A few weeks later their crew came and did the installation. Emanuel, Cooper and Alex were so respectful of our space and belongings. They communicated through out the entire process and took extra time to make sure the job was done right. Overall, we are very happy with our experience!

Mark Tramontozzi did a very thorough annual inspection of the drain tile in my basement and the foundation inside and out of the house. He went over possible issues I should address before they become a problem. Very helpful and professional!

Groundwork’s team Ivan and Jacob were very professional. They walked the site to ensure they understood what work was agreed to. They were able to level up several sections of the back patio that had sunk. They repairs the front step and a couple of sections of sidewalk. And they leveled up sections of the driveway and caulked it all up as well. It looks terrific. In addition, Groundworks was the first to bid on the project, were able to get to the project timely and had a great price. Definitely recommend Groundwork’s!!

I had to have foundation repair work done involving lots of drilling, digging of dirt, and insertion of stabilizing bars to keep my foundation from sinking further. Jon S. and his team, Dre S, Eh Nor, and See See did a fantastic job. The project went so smoothly. I was shown the progression of the job from beginning to end. Even before starting the project, I was explained what was going to happen. Lots of dirt was dug up, cement was cut, and cement was poured. I was showed the end result of the job and was amazed at the clean up job the guys did!! It was as if they were never there. I highly recommend this crew if anyone needs work done with Groundworks.

Jon, Dre, and EhNar were very courteous and kept me well informed throughout the process! Josh was also very professional when explaining the quote ans what the process would look like. They were clean, efficient, and very easy to work with. Even when i coupdn’t be home, Jon sent text updates with pictures which i really appreciated.

Aaron Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in figuring out why my floor was uneven. He was then able to come up with a cost effective way to repair my foundation.

We can't say strongly enough how positive our experience has been with Groundworks. From scheduling, on-site estimate, and follow up calls and texts with Adam to the work and interactions with the crew on-site, it's been A-1.
Grant, Martine, Pa Say, and Deandre were respectful of us and our property. Did as much as they were able to protect our belongings from the dirt and dust, were friendly, and offered clear explanations.
