Our main drain line backed up into our basement utility room at 8pm on a Wednesday. This had never happened before and I feared the worst (roots from our big tree or broken main). We called Matt and he arrived within the hour. As Matt was working he walked me through what he was doing and also explained the cause of the problem (turned out to just be muck and gunk that had built up over the years). He also explained that our line actually ran out of the way of our big tree and that our lines are in good shape. This was a huge relief to me. After Matt was finished he even helped clean up our mess. Matt was 100% honest with us and his price was much less than we were expecting. If we need any plumbing or drain work again Matt will be our go-to guy.

Matt and Theresa have been awesome since the first time we had them snake our main drain. Our house is one of the oldest houses in the neighborhood. Apparently our house has one of the longest mains in the city. As a result we need to have our line snaked every other year. We have had other plumbers come out, even some of the big names in town, and they didn't even own a snake long enough to completely clear out our line. Matt's is one of the few in town that has the right equipment for the job.

Then when we were doing a remodel to our bathroom, we decided it was time to replace the old plumbing while we had the walls open and all the plumbing exposed. Matt and Theresa did the job quick and even ended up tearing out some of the old fixtures for us. They had some great suggestions on how to layout the bathroom

Now we are getting ready to replace our main drain and they have been very helpful with getting that setup.

Had been flaked on by a different person that left me high and dry with no usable kitchen sink for over a week after our appt, couldn't even follow-up to let me know they aren't coming to help or reschedule. Called Matt's on a Thurs, they said Monday around 3-5 they'd be here. Showed up around 330, right on time, straight and to the point. Unclogged my drain efficiently in about 30 minutes for a fair price and cleaned up their mess. Easy peasy, the way a business should be run, as opposed to being inconsiderate of peoples time and schedule. Thanks, if and when I need help in the future, they will be used again.

Just had them come out and clean out my washer drain, and they were awesome. Not only were they quick. In getting it flowing again, but they even cleaned up all of the lint that had accumulated in the path to the floor drain. Cost was very reasonable too. I will definitely use them again for things like this. 10 🌟 in my book!

Matt did a FANTASTIC job. Called them late Friday and they scheduled me in for Saturday afternoon. They were very prompt and called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. My house is old and I figured the lines were just as old and that they may have collapsed. Matt checked everything thoroughly and said the lines were good, that was a huge relief. He found a clog about 75 feet out and was able to clear it in no time.

They did an Excellent job, VERY CLEAN, polite and friendly to talk to. The entire process took just 45 minutes. I would recommend you call Matt's Sewer & Drain anytime your in need of drain service. His prices are extremely reasonable and he'll talk to you honestly about your problem.

Awesome service and there when needed. Had missed a call to confirm someone would be home, called back over an hour after and they still made the time to get us taken care of. Great company. We had this company out over labor day weekend. We were told it would be 400 dollars. We understand this is a holiday weekend and we were grateful for someone to come out and look at our sewer for us. They told us that nothing was wrong after being here for over an hour. Charged us 800 dollars and 8 weeks later we are calling another plumber because we are having the same issues.

Very courteous and helpful. Great advice and reasonable prices. Glad to have found the company we will always call for any plumbing needs.

My main line was backing up because of tree roots and needed it cleared out. They post online that this service is $200 for the first hour and prorate the hourly cost after that at $150. The techs were at my house (pulling up and leaving time) for 59 minutes (found the footage on my doorbell camera). BUT we got billed $300! They state because of the 7-minute drive time they went over the hour and only prorate by half hour (so the bill is still $25 higher than what they post online)! So, I got charged $100 for a 7-minute drive! This is not right, and a very poor business practice. Because of this I will never use the company again or recommend them to anyone. The service itself was fine, and they got everything done as expected (left a mess but I can look past that). But to charge $100 for a 7-minute drive I cannot look past! STAY AWAY

Have been calling on Matt and his family to assist with drain issues for several decades now. Having been a contractor myself for 10+ years. I really appreciate the speed and knowledge Matt's provides everytime. Allowing me to make quick, and informed decisions on my situations at hand.
