Excellent and prompt service! Night and day difference from our last plumber Patriot Plumbing and Heating. They were horrible. Do not use that company. They use cheap products and the serviceman was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Called about a leaking water heater to ask a question, told Keith what the problem was, and after several minutes of conversation with him, he never bothered to ask if I wanted him to come out and look at the water heater. He said I never asked him, but then MOST plumbing companies would ASK if you wanted them to come out and inspect it. Needless to say he HUNG UP ON ME, which is completely unprofessional. I HAD planned on using his business, but not now.

Not only were they able to resolve the issue after a week-long saga of plumbing nightmares that involved two different plumbing companies coming out to my apartment and leaving nothing but a huge mess, they were very professional, polite, and kept me in the loop. Before leaving, the gentleman walked me through the issue and the process to fixing it AND he cleaned up the mess. If I could give a ten star rating, I would.

exceeded in drain cleaning. they did repair a bathroom sink faucet, but refused to replace the faucet. I rent, and my manage confirmed she did tell them I wanted to replace the sink faucet. so I give Simons 4 stars, rather than 5.

i had an issue with my the drain seal and disposal in my kitchen sink as well as a slow leak where my outdoor sprinkler system hooked up at the house. Service was fast (same day) timely and efficient and professional. Will use again for future problems and recommend

Called them out of desperation with a simple clogged kitchen drain on a Thursday that I could not unclog myself. They said they'd show up the next day or possibly later that day, which sounded great. No call, No show, left me hanging completely for over a week, unable to use my sink. Not ok with me, if you cant show at least tell someone! Will never call or use them again or suggest this company.

Went with Matt's Plumbing instead. Actually showed up and fixed drain, simple fix in about 30 minutes, no fluff, the way a business SHOULD be run.
