We thought our water heater was going out, so we called right away on a Monday morning to have someone come out and check. A very polite and courteous young man was here within the hour and yes, we needed to replace it. He ordered one and it was delivered (the other men not coming in because of COVID-19--very thoughtful!) and installed! All done within two hours!! We were very pleased and will use them again with any plumbing needs!! Great job!

Called and they were out within an hour. Sue in the office was very friendly and helpful and Bill was timely and very friendly as well. They quickly fixed our issue and the cost was extremely reasonable. We will call them again if we ever need a plumber in the future.

I own a house in Lincoln that I rent to tenants. I live several hours away. I'm always able to call Simmons and trust that the work will get done quickly and fairly. My house was built in the 1940's, and they're great at understanding the issues that comes along with that. They are usually available the same day that I call, are always polite and helpful, and their cost is fair and transparent!

I called this morning (Friday morning) expecting to setup an appointment for next week and they were out to my house within an hour or less. I was amazed. The service tech had great customer service and not only answered all my questions happily but engaged in conversation. You could tell he wasn't just doing another job but was happy with his job and what he did. Our problem was fixed quickly. I would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing sevices.

We called to schedule an estimate for our super-slow hot water pipes in our 1950's house (pretty sure we know what the problem is, but we needed someone professional to eyeball it and let us know how much it would be to fix). A service rep came out a couple of days later, right on time, and was super friendly; he took a look and said he'd call later that day with an estimate to either install some new pipes or clear out our old ones.

And that's the last we heard from Simmons Plumbing.

We called them once a week for six weeks, asking if our estimate was ready. Each time, the receptionist said she'd "track him down" or "look through the paperwork to find it" and call us right back. NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK. After six full weeks of begging to even HEAR our estimate, the receptionist finally told us, "Oh, yeah, we actually can't give you an estimate for that job? We could only estimate parts and labor for you, so...." In other words, they took a look at our job, didn't want to do it, then ghosted us, hoping we'd go away. They never even wrote up an estimate in the first place, and simply avoided us when we asked about it. Very, very professional, guys.

This isn't 9th grade and we're not the nerdy girl asking the high school quarterback to the prom, Simmons: be forthright about what you can and cannot do, which will allow us to seek an estimate elsewhere. The lack of honesty and the ridiculous runaround we got from Simmons is unacceptable.

These guys are the best! Quick response, amazingly personable, polite, got the job done quickly in a situation that was overwhelming for us. I can NEVER rave enough or compliment them enough! They are our forever go to in plumbing!! Thank you Simmons Plumbing!!!

Had an amazing experience with them, I called them to get a second opinion on something and I am so glad i did, turns out the previous company didn’t know what he was doing. Simmons tech did a great job and fixed the issue in less than an hour, way more affordable as well.

Gage was on time, knowledgeable and went right to work fixing the problem. Tree roots had taken over our main drain line and nothing worked. He also explained everything to my husbund and gave preventive tips. For a small company we got better service then expected and we will use them again. They were referred to me by a co-worker and I will refer them to others.

I had a pipe burst on January 27th. Simmons plumbing had it all fixed within an hour. The price for the repairs were a lot less than I expected!

Marks did outstanding job replacing an outside faucet. I have also utilized them to change out my copper piping to PEX tubing. I would definitely recommend for any job and at the very least a must for a quote.

I am so impressed and will never call another plumbing service again. Jordan was so friendly and communicative. He arrived early, the bill was much less than I expected. Thrilled all around. One word, awesome. Plumber that changed out my kitchen faucet I would think is a great asset to Mark’s plumbing. Nut and bolt holding faucet was so corroded he had to cut it out. As most of you know that is a tight spot under the sink with drain pipes and disposal in the way. He did not give up and I think a lot of plumbers may have. Mark’s is the only Plumbing Company I have used in the last 16 years and will continue to use. Thank you Mark’s Plumbing.

We've had them out for multiple issues this past year. They have always been so kind and courteous, as well as honest and professional. Being someone who knows very little about plumbing, they are very good at explaining what they are doing in layman's terms. My husband has a background in construction and has been pleased with their expertise and quality of work. We have been extremely satisfied in all they have done and will happily call them again if we have any other issues. Called Mark's for some routine odd plumbing jobs around the house. They were quick & responsive, and the plumber they sent was super knowledgeable and great to work with. Prompt and timely, and great use of technology to notify me when they were on their way. Overall awesome experience. Highly recommend.

Mark's did an exceptional job with my full basement remodel, including two bathrooms and a laundry room, abandoning and rerouting many lines. Cade was my main plumber and I always had a great experience with him, he has an amazing selection of tunes and singing voice too. I couldn't have asked for better guys to do the job. They were flexible with my timeline, responsive and reasonably priced.
