The plumber that was supposed to handle my warranty not even call me back. 3 days later I call Mark’s and they were there within 1.5 hours! Got it fixed an hour later! Great service but what I really like is there text communication throughout the whole process. Hands down 5 stars!

Mark's Plumbing responded to us and got on the job quickly. We appreciated the time they took to explain the issue and that they worked hard to minimize the demolition they had to do. Will definitely use again!

Jordan is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE took the time to look at the entire scope of the job not a typical remodel & took the time to listen to my request & cleaned up after replacing reverse osmoses filters. Better keep this master plumber on staff.

Mark's Plumbing gave us a detailed estimate. In the estimate, there was an indication that there could be a savings. I would normally consider that to be unlikely. The quality of the estimate was mirrored in the work.

When they completed the work, the invoice was significantly less than the estimate. We did some things to make their work easier to get to and do, which probably is the reason the invoice was significantly less.

If you have a project that includes other work, I would recommend that you contact Mark's Plumbing directly for the plumbing part of the project.

Mark’s Plumbing has always been quick and responsive with any request or work that I’ve needed done at my house. I have used them for 10 years and they always do a great job and are fair in their pricing. All of there staff are patient with my questions. Mike has always been professional and helpful!

Bailey was great- he looked at the issue, he listened to my description of it, and was able to fix it within the limitations that I had set. He was fast, had everything he needed. There wasn't any 'billing' pressure with having to pay on the spot without knowing what the potential cost would be. All in all, a great experience, and if you assist with kitchen renovations we'll be contacting you again at some point in the future.

We have had multiple different plumbing issues all pop up in the last few months and after using a larger company for one fix and the issue not being resolved/being out money, we reached out to Mark's Plumbing. Mike and his guys are honest, hard working, and truly will take care of you. They understand how important/timely plumbing issues can be for a family too. The installation took longer than I was expecting, I know it was partially due to the rain which I understand. A 3rd person came towards the end and got things cleaned up and finished. Arrived as scheduled and the Technician did quality work in a timely manner. He went about his work professionally and cleaned up when finished. I have used Marks Plumbing before and will use them again when the need arises.

We have used Mark's plumbing several times for a variety of plumbing needs. They have always been punctual, courteous, conscious of cost, and have done the jobs well.

Called this company to fix a connection problem with my washing machine in a utility area. Five minutes after plumber left and had “fixed” the problem, washer started spraying water everywhere by the gallon. I called back and they sent a technician back out to do something else and charged another $150 on top of the original bill. Lucky it was a utility area with no carpeting nearby. But, why tell me it’s all fixed and then charge me more money for having to re-fix your own work? Disputed the charge but to no avail, the company decided to send it to collections. Shame on y’all.

I've been extremely pleased with the work I've had done by Mark's Plumbing. Mike has been wonderful to work with - and they all have shown exceptional customer service.

The service was outstanding! Grayson was professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained all of the recommendations. If I need a plumber again, I will surely be calling Mark's Plumbing.

Used them a lot in past, was always very pleased. We had to completely redo bathroom for a leak and they helped install tub/ shower combo. Some of them are very thorough but some hurry through jobs just to get to next job and are careless
Had them put new faucets in laundry room, they removed old insert and put new bigger one in to accommodate new faucets. Faucets did a great job on, insert is horrible...it was not attached to stay flush with sheetrock. Sheetrock was cutout by them way to large. I was told I would have to hire someone to fix sheetrock that they messes up on. It looks like crap and ignoring my justified complaints. They sure do charge high prices...want their money, I Wan good and fair service. Didn't happen, just ignore and hope goes away. It has been over a month, and still haven't been contacted to get this issue fixed. I thought by reply on here was going to get taken care of, I haven't heard a word. It's now September 10th, 2024....No response from owner! The owners say will fix this problem but now well into February 2025 ...8 months later and he still will not fix whole in wall his guy created, he must not value keeping his word. I highly do not recommend their services anymore.

Sent Mark’s Plumbing an online request for a project we had in mind. They replied very quickly, worked us in to their busy schedule, were very efficient and fair priced. One small issue which they corrected right away! Strongly recommend Marks for your plumbing needs. Forever a loyal customer!

Mark's Plumbing came out to look at my old water softener. It was old and having issues. Mark's was able to replace it the very next day. Everything is working wonderfully now. I appreciate the service and speed in which it was done.
