Devan showed up immediately. He fixed the problem. He was very informative and polite. You should make sure to keep this guy, he is a great service technician and we were lucky to get him on a rainy Sunday!

Late Friday night we found that our tenant had a leak that appeared to be coming from the base of the toilet. Early Saturday we contacted Roto-Rooter and they were very understanding of the situation, and worked hard to find someone who could come over and fix the issue on Saturday. Sam came over even faster than we expected, quickly assessed the situation, and was able to fix the issue immediately. Sam took the time to explain what work needed to be done, and how long it would take to complete the work, and provide a good estimate of the cost. We appreciate the extra care they took to fix the issue quickly and provide our tenant a working bathroom.

San was so professional and efficient. He worked fast. I am very impressed! Thank you for the excellent work!

BEWARE, RECORD YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are completely dishonest. I had a sewer backup in my laundry room overnight and called Roto-Rooter to come and give me an estimate on what was wrong, no estimate, the technician got started right away. He went in with the machine and pulled back a small amount of roots from my line. He then put a scope down the line the entire length to the city main, I watched the entire time and verified the line was open, flowing and in-tact. He then decided to have another pass at it and after about 20 minutes of struggling with his equipment, he pulled back a snapped cable, sent the scope back down and came across a majorly damaged section of clay tile pipe with total blockage. I realize I live in an older home, the technician said however, the pipe was in decent condition. He quickly packed up and presented me with a $500 fee and to sign waiver of all responsibility for damage. I questioned what had just happened and he immediately got defensive and aggressive. INCREDIBLY unprofessional. The owner, Mark was no help either. I thought he may work with me on a resolution but he blindly stands by his staff, apparently condoning their intimidation tactics. I was threatened with a lien on my home and now am awaiting a bill for $500, my sewer line is still backing up and now get to to figure out a solution to the $7500 in damage. Beware, this company does not stand by it's customers, or try to come to a resolution, I was gaslit and received nothing but defense of his technician with no substantive resolution.

Devin was my Service Repair Technician. He explained the charge up front. Completed the work in a timely manner. Fixed my outdoor spigot leak. No further leak noted. Did a good job.

Got my kitchen sink to drain when another plumbing company had been out earlier the same week and obviously didn't correct the problem. My sink back up on a Saturday and Rotor Rooter was out in a few hours where the previous company would not send someone for 2 days ..

Sam did a good job cleaning out the sewer line. Professional and explained the process, billing well and made sure the place was clean before leaving.

Sam "The Man" from Roto-Rooter was an absolute professional and delivered outstanding customer service. I previously called another company, which charged me twice as much but failed to unclog the drain. Their equipment was ineffective and not powerful enough to get the job done. Lesson learned—stick with Roto-Rooter, and avoid John Henry's in the future!

We were having major plumbing issues in our house and tried to figure it out on our own, but knew the problem was deeper than we could solve. We called in to Roto-Rooter at 10 AM and they were here by 12 PM. Devin showed up and was very friendly and got right to work. After a couple hours of digging and investigating the issue, he got the issue solved with lots of hard work (thank you Devin). Highly recommend Roto-Rooters, we will use them again if we have any other issues in the future.

He arrived within the 2 hour window and was very thorough. Explained what the issue was and what we could do to avoid any issues in the future.

I had some work done on my sink and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. While the trainer and his trainee (a younger man wearing a bandana) were outside, I overheard the trainer making belittling comments toward the trainee about his gay family members, as well as several sexist remarks.

As an LGBTQ+ individual, I found this behavior disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No one should have to listen to hateful or disrespectful language from someone representing a business—especially in their own home. The trainee was polite and professional, but the trainer’s behavior overshadowed everything.

I do not recommend using this service to anyone until the company takes accountability and ensures proper respect and inclusivity training for its employees.

They were very professional and arrived in the timeframe originally given. My service tech gave me options for the repair and let me choose the course of action that best fit the issue. Considering I live just outside of Lincoln, I was happily surprised by the total costs. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They were easy to schedule, book online. Very quick, efficient and responsive communications. They were out to my place on short notice; fixed a leaky shower head in my NE shower and a main line drain that was backing up in around an hour for around $350. They made quick work of a problem I wouldn’t know the first thing about how to fix. Fast, professional, and friendly. I’d use them again for sure.

Disappointed in spending $455 for clearing roots out of our line. No extra work - easy clean space to get to, took a little less than 2 hours. Previously ive paid around $200 or so to get a line cleaned.. Definitely calling another place next time i need work done. The guy did fine. Just too expensive for the work done. They wont tell u a price over the phone so when they come in you feel trapped when they come in.

Updating:::: the guy apparently undid the connection to our water from our washing machine. Im assuming to test the drain. I went to do a load of laundry and came back to a total mess of water because he didnt put the water back on the machine. Talk about rediculous. Charge 450$ for no parts, just less than 2 hours of labor and dont even put stuff back together before leaving. What a freaking joke of a company. I would hate to know their weekend prices for snaking a drain. Im changing my 3 stars to 1 star. Talk about a rip off and a joke of a company.

I’ve had my main sewer cabled 3 times in the past 23 years. This is the first time it was cabled clear to the main sewer.
Greg put in way more effort with better results than the previous companies.

I have tree roots that grow into my sewer line that cause me problems every 1-3 years. Roto-Rooter is always here quickly, and their repairman are always friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. I appreciate their pricing and helpful tips when they come out. Would highly recommend!
