I called for service at 2:23pm, and within 15 minutes Roto-Rooter arrived at my house and completed the job by 4:15pm. Super fast response, and friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend!

Sam came over the day before Thanksgiving, and did an excellent job. He was professional, explained exactly what he was going to do before he proceeded, replaced a part we did not know was linking on the pipe downstairs and was very courteous. He also cleaned up after he was done 👍. He definitely got a 5 star in my book.

Joe was very efficient and friendly.
He was knowledgeable on explaining to me what needed to be done.
When I called other plumbing companies I was told 3/4 days til someone could get to my problem.

Devon came on schedule and was careful to lay sheets down from the front door, down the cellar stairs and into the furnace room to insure there were no dirt tracks on our carpet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and shared the pictures of our drainpipe on the computer. With the camera, we were able to see the obstruction and the two low spots in our drain tile that ultimately will require us to dig up the front yard and install new plastic pipes. In all, he did an outstanding job.

I have used Rotor Rooter for over a decade and although they're priced on the slightly higher side I have never had an issue where they had to come back to redo a repair. They operate on a quote basis and inform of any additional steps needed if something doesn't work, they can't expect the unexpected but they do not throw on surprise charges. My last experience their customer service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they valued my business by trying to work me in their schedule as best they could. When others wouldn't pick up the phone for a last minute repair, Rotor Rooter was there to help.

I've dealt with companies that would have valve knobs not tightened enough causing leaks, wrong size gaskets installed on toilet drains, stories of people getting screwed over with techs slacking on their phone; costing the customer more money, etc. Throughout my time with this company I've always gotten techs who have put a priority on fixing your problems asap with no further issues while keeping the price as quoted.

From the start they've always been reliable and I'll be more than happy to continue to use them for my plumbing needs, thanks!

Devan was great. Had a backup coming through the floor drains. They were there fast and had all of the gear needed. Answered all my questions and was polite and professional. It’s expensive but when you need it done right and fast, it’s all worth it.

Clay was my tech. He is ambitious, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I’ve had other drain guys do the work in the past (and had horrible experienced with a RotoRooter tech a few years back). Clay got the job done quickly and pointed out features my drain has which other techs have never noticed.

Joe and Devan came to our rescue cleaning out a 210 foot main line that wasn't draining correctly. They also identified issues which will need to be addressed - and helped educate me along the way with options to approach it. I'd also add since the problem needed to evaluated as they progressed - they were flexible on the final price given they needed to come out for a second day of service, that wasn't planned for - to correct the issue. They were easy to work with, polite, patient, and kind. Absolutely recommend. Thank you Joe and Devan!

i bought the wrong water heater online and Bruce was willing to take it back to Home Depot for me to get the correct one. This was above and beyond great customer service, and I appreciated it greatly.

Today I had to have my sewer lines replaced from the house to the main. I was told I would be without water and a toilet for 2 days. Al knew I am stuck at home with covid and stayed until he got my water and toilet going again.... even in this crazy weather we had yesterday. He left at 8p. I am so impressed with Al and appreciate him going the extra mile for me!!!

Amazing service, they were able to work me in same day which i didn't expect with these cold temps. I know they had to be busy with the cold and all the burst pipes. Could not recommend higher

They literally live up to the name FAST Freddy’s. Alfredo Dominguez did a tremendous job in a short order. He was very respectful and polite and friendly. I would definitely hire that company again. Thank you !

Freddy and his team are great. The showed up when they said they were going to. They pulled the necessary plumbing permits and completed the work in a timely manner. I definitely recommend!

I have a neighbor who now has a lien on their home because fast Freddie’s installed a water heater they did not pay the supplier for, despite being paid by the customer. Go with a different plumber.

They hooked up a new water line for the refrigerator. They were on time, and came within a few days of initial call. The had great customer service, and made sure it was working before they left. The price was fair, and close to the estimate.

Called to have an estimate for a repair done, he came out and just talked about how he learned everything from his dad. Barely looked at the area needing repaired and said he'd either call or email me with the details. I waited 3 days; nothing. So I gave him a call, and he said he'd text me later that day. He did not. So I called the next morning, and my phone number had been blocked. I called another company.

Bruce was great! He made sure that they brought exactly what I wanted, and installation was quick. New toilets look great and work great!

Allen has always been top notch. He came out in incliment weather today to add salt to my softener. Allen has always answered my plumbing questions. I would not trust anyone else. He's the best in his field!
