they were able to come out the same day i called. they were very knowledgeable and personable made you feel comfortable about getting your problem solved, which they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Will charge you for a quote. Make clear with them ahead of time that you do not want to pay for a quote. They didn't even give me a quote but they still sent me an invoice. Oh,and he showed up an hour earlier than they said he would, then wortein the notes that he had to wait an hour for the owner. Also, they will not contact you on the phone, only text. And they will continue to send you text invoices, 3x a day.

Fast Freddy’s installed our gas line to an outdoor fire pit. We managed to loosen things while working on a project, and they came right out to tighten everything up again. While there, they also replaced a leaking spigot and drippy kitchen faucet. Great service!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable employees completed repairs in a timely fashion. One suggestion is to improve communication relating to service and scheduling. Service provided took about 2 weeks, no communication during most of the time

They tried to clear the drain but said their machine broke midway and left. FOUR days later now still haven’t heard back and we contacted another agency - (Joe Tidball has been very helpful & highly recommended and charged about $100 less.) Almost a whole week now of basically not being able to use our home. Tree roots happen like this every year but this one so far has been the biggest waste of time. The guy we talked to initially was sort of kind but the workers left with job incomplete now Freddy’s never called us back. Very unfortunate communication.

I Called early received 2 quotes over the phone ( water heater size)and had it completed within a few hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the good service.

It is hard to describe how satisfied I was with Fast Freddy's! I has an issue with drainage in our floor drain in the basement laundry room. After determining that it was beyond my capabilities I placed a call first thing the next morning! I had an appt made for a window between 1 and 3 and got a text saying that Alfredo Dominguez was on the way at 12:45! He was so awesome and incredible polite, informative, and went out of his way to clean some mess from the drain sludge that I feel was NOT his responsibility. 5 Stars all the way and I will recommend them again and they have gained my business for life! Thanks guys!!!

Bruce and David are very friendly and awesome to work with! They took the extra effort to try to discover what the problem was. They kept in contact with me and made sure that I knew they were concerned about my problem and that they did not leave me hanging. I was kept up to date on the anticipated time of arrival. Allen was extremely conscientious and knowledgeable, pinpointed the source of the water softener leak, showed me the issue and made the repair.

Freddy provided wonderful service. He came shortly after I called to assess the problem and plan how to fix our leaking water valve. The next morning he was here right on schedule and fixed our leak. He is a nice guy and worked hard to fix our problem. I would highly recommend him.

Allen was able to attend to a massive problem resulting from a faulty water softener. He made time to help me disconnect the bad one, clear pipes of the resin, and install a new one all within a week. This was not an expense we wanted right now, but it had to be done so I'm glad it was repaired and replaced by someone who was prompt, clean, and helpful all the way through the process.

These guys are awesome! They are there every time I need them. Super friendly and their work is impeccable. Must send a huge shout out to the two gentlemen that were sent out to my house. There were on time and worked as a team to accomplish the task at hand in a clean, quick manner and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I really don't need. I am super pleased with Fast Freddy's!

They have always been so nice and helpful with any problem we have arise. The gentleman that has come out to our place is very trustworthy and efficient as well as tidy. I often feel I have a lot of clean up after plumbers leave, and that's not the case with Fast Freddy's. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality as well as how personable they are. Allen did a great job sizing and then installing a full house water filter and water softening system for the lake house. All work done on time and on budget. Highly recommend this company to work with!

Fast Freddy's was able to take care of a very leaky outside faucet in a quick manner. The guys explained the process and fixed it in no time. They were friendly and efficient and I'm having them back next week to take care of another water problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience! I had a main drain that needed to be cleared. Got a call back and appointment in right away. Price is reasonable! Bruce was great to work it. I will call on them for any and all plumbing needs.

This was by far, one of the worst customer service businesses i have ever tried to work with. After my initial consultation, and subsequent sewer line inspection, I was charged double what I was told, and then communications with the owner basically came to a complete halt, for the next few weeks.
Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB, did the owner resume communication with me, only to come across very rude, and unprofessional.
In the end, I chose to discontinue trying to work with this business, and move on to other contractors who were much friendlier, and attentive to my needs.

You told me a camera inspection was $200... there was no mention of an hourly rate. This price of $200 flat rate is fairly consistent among most local plumbing companies. The amount of time your 2-person team took was mostly their doing; they arrived late, they didn't bring the equipment needed, and had to leave and drive all the way across town to get the missing equipment, leaving my sewer line open for nearly 5 hours that day. I had another contractor do the exact same camera inspection in under 40 minutes total time and they charged me less. It seems you are making up reasons to charge me extra, because you lost part of your camera in my sewer line, and you sent a crew where only 1 of the guys knew what he was doing... the other kid had absolutely no knowledge of plumbing... it was mostly like his first on the job training day.

After the camera inspection day, you never responded to any of my text for 3 weeks, until I filed a complaint with the BBB, did you finally opt to address me for a quote.

This is my chance to let other consumers know how awfully you treated me as a potential customer, so I hope they take the time to read my review.

Called to have drain and water lines moved from a 48 in right side sink to the center for a new 48 in center sink, same location. Drain was moved and was still put 1.5 inches off center. They did install shutoff valves, but bought the wrong size faucet connectors (mark up on material is very high) water lines stayed in the same position and stick out 3.5 inches from wall so I cannot install the vanity. Replaced shower fixtures, but shower head leaks, handle works though. All of these mistakes on a simple job was ok because they did offer to come back and fix them, however no one showed up or called to let me know they weren’t coming…and now of course they won’t return a message. A positive, the guys that came out were nice, but I’d rather be able to use my bathroom.
