Justin in a great tech for Patriot. I have a home warranty and they have come out on two different occasions to fix separate issues with my HVAC. Justin was my technician both times and he did an excellent job and did a great job explaining everything to me since I know nothing about HVACs. I liked them so much the first time I went through extra hoops to get them the second time with the home warranty and I'll get them on a maintenance plan as soon as my warranty expires.

Brian came out and cleared my main drain. I got a same day apointment. Very professional. He explained the whole process to me. I will never use another plumber. Prices are reasonable.

We had a plumber check out our whirlpool tub today. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Provided affordable options to manage the problem. I appreciated the advice to try a simple fix. If a bigger problem presents itself, he gave us an idea of what that might entail.

Extremely prompt service. They were called by our home warranty company and the entire experience - submitting the claim, hearing from Patriot, and fixing the water heater - was completed in less than 8 hours. It's always a gamble when you don't get to pick your service provider because of a warranty but I was very impressed and am VERY happy to have hot water again!

Our home warranty company assigned Patriot to us for our pre-season check right before winter and they were super quick to set up an appointment time at their earliest open time. The tech was on time, super respectful of our home & pets, and showed up on time!

Quick and Professional. I called them to give an estimate on a gas hookup to a range stove. They arrived the next day and completed the estimate on the spot. Painless. They scheduled the work for the same day and completed it quickly. He also helped my wife hook the stove up and test everything while I was at work. I would recommend their service to anyone and will be using their services in the future.

Our shower was leaking into our basement. Patriot Plumbing, through AHS, sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix the issue within a couple hours. Excellent service and quality. We will definitely use Patriot Plumbing again :)

These gentlemen did a great job getting everything piped and installed in our new home. We had a tricky wall mounted sink in our powder bathroom that was giving them fits, but they worked hard and got it all figured out in short order. Some of the parts took a while to get, but they kept me informed on the delivery of those items and when they would be back out to get them installed.

I've used Patriot Plumbing on much larger jobs and they accel at both residential and large industrial projects alike.

I would highly recommend Zach for any heating and air problems you may have. He is knowledgeable and professional. Anytime we have had a problem we always ask for Zach. I feel he is honest about the problem and works with you to correct which is hard to find in some places. 5 stars not only for Patriot but for Zach as well!!!

I believe the techs name was Matt, he is a fairly new employee. He was very informative and was able to find and fix the problem on my air-conditioner immediately. He went above and beyond to show me how to better maintain my air quality, explained what to look for if there was another problem and the importance of changing the filter on a regular basis. I was very impressed and want to give a big shout out to Patriot. Great hire!! I went from no cool air to cold air in minutes. Thank you

I left a adaptor on my outside faucet and the pipe split. Alan, got it fixed up and took the time to explain why it happened. He also found a leak on something completely different while he was here and contacted dispatch to get the part ordered for me. We'll only be using Patriot Plumbing!!

Patriot has a great team in place, from scheduling to diagnoses and a awesome team that works to get the job done in a more than timely fashion! They came out diagnosed the leaking water heater and replaced it in less than 2 hours! If you have AHS I recommend this company hand down! Thanks again!

We had a very frustrating situation with a kitchen delivery (another company). Patriot plumbing came out and helped us get everything hooked up correctly even when we had to call them multiple times. They were quick efficient and super affordable. They will continue to have our business anytime we need plumbing help!

Robert showed up early and with a amazing attitude. I took him to the issue and he showed me how I almost had if figured out myself. He had a big smile on his face and gave me a few laughs. He allowed me to watch him work. To try and learn how to resolve the issue myself in the future. I felt so great about his service. I had to call his manager and give him a HUGE shout out. Our drain by our washer would backup every time the washer would empty out the water. We used our home warranty from AHS and they sent out a guy from Patriot Plumbing and he tried to snake the drain but it didn't work so we setup a new appointment with the same company but different guy. Robert was the new guy and he was fantastic!! He was able fix our issue and he was great to work with!! Would recommend Robert every time!! Thanks again!!

I have a home warranty, and Patriot was sent out for a drain issue. They came out once, but the issued was not completely corrected. I called them back, and I was honestly concerned we would have to pay the deductible again. However, they came right back out and it's now 2 weeks later and the repair is still holding up fine. They didn't charge me a dime for coming back, and they didn't grumble about it at all. I would recommend them.

My home warranty company referred me to Patriot for a kitchen sink issue. They were here within an hour of my call ( on a Monday morning) and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. The plumber that they sent had great customer service skills as well and even cleaned the entire sink when done. Would highly recommend.
