Called about my needing to replace some facets. Evan took my call and was very courteous. Robert and Alan came out the next day in the time window I was provided and quickly got to work. They detailed what they were going to do before they did it and then gave me another rundown once they were completed. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend Patriot if these three are taking care of you.

Patrick did a great job. Quick, Efficient and polite. Explained in simply obvious terms what was happening.

I started using Patriot because my parents use them for their heating and plumbing, etc. and I have yet to be disappointed!
A technician came out to fix a leaking pipe (turned out it was just a stupid mistake I had made) and I asked about my gurgling drains when running my dishwasher, washer and shower. The technician took a look & said I need to have my main line cleared.
They came out another day, got the job done and charged me a very fair price! Also - no more gurgling! I’m very pleased!
They were respectful of my time and my property and never once have I felt uneasy or unsafe about any of their technicians who have entered my home.
They definitely know what they’re doing & I will continue to recommend them!

We had an amazing experience with Patriot Plumbing! Zach came out ahead of schedule when our AC was broken and not only fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, but took the time to explain to my husband what happened and how it all works together. Most people just come and go at their own leisure, but we could tell that they take their customer service very seriously and it meant a lot to us. Would definitely recommend this company!

I've had two visits, now, from Patriot Plumbing, once with Robert, and the other with Alan.
Both of them were absolutely fantastic.
They were both very knowledgeable, professional, competent, thoughtful, personable, considerate, and friendly.
Also, I called in to Patriot Plumbing, twice, to ask a few questions, and spoke with Page, and she was phenomenal in every way, as well.

Excellent company. We called on New Years Eve with a clogged sink and asked for an appointment not during emergency hours. 4 hours in to the next business day and around $100 later the pipe is cleared. Tyler showed up as expected, and did a great job.
We have a new plumber!!
Update to add We have had to call for services twice since my last review. The first time was to unclog the sewer main and we tried another company because a friend worked there. Long story short they didn't even have all the equipment to do what they needed to do but still charged us $300. Patriot came out the next day and charged the same amount but not only did they fix it they showed me a camera view of everything all the way out to the city line and one area that may need fixing in the future. We called them yesterday and set up an appointment today and in under 4 hours we had a toilet replaced and the bathtub/shower constant drip fixed for under $420...
These guys always show up on time and communicate with you before your appointment so you know exactly when they're going to get there, they are very nice, and professional, and they get the job done for a very reasonable price.
Another visit 03/05/24. I called at 8:30 this morning and Evan had John here by 2:30. The new vanity we installed doesn't leak anymore and they fixed everything from the wall out, and went ahead and snaked the train for me a little bit because it was getting gunky. One hour, under $200, super professional, amazing communication, always friendly and always welcome. Another visit, Friday night of Memorial Day weekend our main clogged again (tree roots are bad here) I called at 10:30 Saturday and by 3pm they were done and cleared the main and fixed another issue no one else had even offered to fix, all for $520. Excellent customer care. Robert was awesome.

Patriot plumbing is top notch . They respond quickly by getting to you as soon as possible. Prompt and reasonably priced. Ken is great!

I will recommend patriot plumbing to everyone. My plumbing in my house was still from the 1940's and was a horrible mess. Terrance and Geoff are the absolute best workers and super friendly and pleasant to talk to in general. They did a great job and they did everything that I asked of them! Thank u guys for everything I sincerely appreciate both of you and all of your hard work!

Our home warranty company sent Patriot out to us. We had never used them before, but they were AMAZING! They were on it right away, trying to send someone out as soon as possible, and communicating so well with us through the whole process. They were very kind and professional. We were pleasantly surprised, since we had not heard of them before! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Update: We’ve since used Patriot for other issues in our home over the last 3 years and have been very happy. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have dealt with Patriot several times since buying our new house in Lincoln. We are managing our house from another state and every time we have an issue, a question, or just needed winterizing done, they have been very prompt and helpful. Both dispatchers for the plumbing and heating/AC are quick to answer the phone and have always patiently fielded my questions, even when I needed to call back! Not to mention, we will always give our business to a Patriot!!

EDIT: I am editing my review a year later to say that Patriot continuous be THE BEST. Ken came out to help me with winterizing. As a new homeowner, I had no idea how to do any of the stuff and he took the time to show me how to do all of these things myself so that I don’t have to call five different companies to do maintenance. He also showed me how to care for my water heaters in order to save money. Which to me, is the true hallmark of a reliable and trustworthy company.

Ken did an excellent job. He accomplished far above my expectations. He was kind considerate and helpful. I now have hot water for my shower. Thank you.

We’ve had many plumbers in our older home and Ken was excellent. He did a great job and took extra time to make sure the problem was really fixed. He also gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening again and signs to watch for

Brettley did a great job getting my new sink and faucet in despite the challenge of a very small bathroom with a very small vanity! He was on time, explained everything, and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be.

We had a corroded pipe that sprung a leak on a Saturday. Patriot responded within 15 minutes. Alan was able to cut out a limited amount of drywall and replace the problematic pipe within an hour. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Ken came by on time as scheduled, he was respectful easy to talk with and very good at his job. He fixed my outside plumbing and two of my toilets, and also checked other drains and lines to make sure there was no leaks anywhere else. Definitely will be doing future business with them again.

Horrible experience. Took a total of 18 days for them to fix our A/C in the hottest (100+ degree) weather. We have a child and 4 dogs and lost out financially by having to find a place stay in the meantime, because our house was so hot and uninhabitable. Also, I've had to throw away a ton of the food in our pantry because it's now spoiled from the 100°+ conditions it endured for 18 days. I initially submitted the request for service on June 12, and our A/C unit was not fixed until June 30.

When trying to communicate with Patriot and voice my frustration that it was taking so long, they seemed to be less than empathetic. The first day they came (June 17), the A/C was frozen over, so they rescheduled for the day after, June 18. They then determined it was a coil leak, so I was informed they needed to order a part (was informed of this on June 18.) When I called to check if the part made it on June 24, their office person, Jenny, said she would call their supplier and then "call me right back." An hour and a half passed, so I called her back. She answered the phone with "Oh, sorry I forgot to call you back, haha!" I was then informed that the part got put on the wrong truck on June 24.

I called on Wednesday, June 25, to confirm if the part had made it, and she then informed me that the "truck broke down," and that they had no idea when the part would arrive. Well, it finally arrived on Friday June 27, leaving us to spend yet another hot weekend without A/C. Jenny said the earliest they could come to install the part would be Monday, June 30. She also said "Well, what you get for in value out of your home warranty, you pay for in time." Who says that????

Overall, the install went smooth and I liked Jake, the tech, who fixed our unit. Personally, I wouldn't recommend Patriot to my worst enemy. I will never work with them again.

The plumbing technician Brettley was amazing! He was very professional and accommodating to our needs. He offered options for our situation and was very informative. Has a great personality also! Highly recommend!

Big shout out to this company. Ken was our service technician and he did a fantastic job. Would recommend him for jobs at the highest level.
