They live up to their name fast service and ALSO high quality work. I’ve used them 2 times in an emergency situation and they were there. Great guys and easy to talk to. They do things the right way. Highly, highly suggest using Fast Freddy’s for any plumbing need.

Great communication and great service. Had a very slow drain in the kitchen which they resolved quickly. They also recommended some changes/improvements that could be made in the future without trying to sell me anything and gave some tips on keeping the drain clear. Will be using them in the future.

Alan installed our water system today. He came and evaluated our system 2 weeks ago, did a great job evaluating and explaining.
He came today to install, stayed to explain the system and what to expect now and in the future. We are very pleased.

It's company was quick and the only company in town that was actually willing to work. Everyone else said they can't help me or won't. Allen showed up on time, gave an accurate quote, got the job done and left no mess. I'm happy and will use again in the future.

Update: I DID use their services again, and once again blew the competition away. All other plumbers in town I called were being almost disrespectful with their quotes of $3500-4200 for a simple job of installing a shower pan/drain and moving a shower head/control valve. Allen did it for a reasonable price and without making me wait for weeks once again.

Update 2: Used again for water heater replacement, was responsive/quick service and Freddy was great for coordinating, but their new "plumber" didn't seem very competent. Forgot to turn off the gas before he cut the gas line valve off, forgot to turn off the water before cutting the water line open which sprayed water all over the place, couldn't locate water shut-off valve or how to use it (it had a huge tag on it saying water shut off), didn't drain tank before starting job making, and over all did not know the process/made 25 trips to the truck and left parts he needed on old water heater so had to get that from a supplier doubling the job length. Aside from that fiasco job got done and looks good after guidance from our property manager, just didn't seem like this person knew what they were doing. He claimed it'd be a 40 min job took 2 hours in the end. Hoping we're not charged all that labor, we'll see.

Horrible experience. We NEVER give bad reviews. So this is a big deal. No communication on pricing up front. No knowledge of a trip charge to waverly. He showed up at the house and spent five minutes and claimed he fixed the problem. Within minutes someone was calling my phone and demanding a 200/hr payment plus the trip charge.

Turns out they didn’t fix anything. Nothing at all. These guys are crooks. Do not use them.

Needed to replace kitchen sink faucet. Kyle did a great job. Was not easy but he is a thinker. He quickly figured out how to get it done and is super friendly and cleans up after himself super well. I highly recommend this company.

Allen went out of his way to come look at my water softener the same day I called! He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about my softener and didn’t try to sell me something new without trying to fix it first. He didn’t have the necessary part but came over the next morning in between jobs to fix my unit! Allen is an honest, knowledgeable and hard working business man and truly would recommend him! Do yourself a favor and don't call this company for help. We called Fast Freddy's a week ago. They said they'd be here by Friday. Then said they'd be here Saturday. We asked if we should call someone else in case they were too busy? They said, "No, we'll definitely be there!"
Then they changed the time and said they'd be here Monday. It's Wednesday and they never showed up. They never called.
They never even bothered to call! Nuts. We actually trusted these Google reviews.
That's never happened with any professional service we've used. Fast talker. Worst experience and an expensive one because the pipe blew waiting for them ... we hung our hat on their word they'd be here. Big mistake. Don't call these people!

I gave them one star because the page requires it. If I could do 0 stars or .5 stars, I would have done that. I scheduled an appointment last Thursday then they needed to reschedule so changed to Friday. Then they needed to reschedule again, so pushed to today. Needless to say, they didn't show up today either and didn't contact me. Took half days off both days last week to be home for the appointments. Their explanation was that someone called in with an emergency and the second was because a regular client was in a rush so they could move on to drywall work. They even said it was a $10K job and they had to keep them happy. It didn't seem to matter that I wasn't happy about multiple rescheduled appointments. Now I need to reschedule installation of my dishwasher for a third time. Delaying this for another week because they couldn't do what they called a simple 5 minute replacement of a shut off valve.

Fast Freddy's staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and through. I had concerns with a water heater and they initially troubleshot with me before sending a plumber to ensure I wasn't wasting money for a quick fix. Their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process when we discovered it would be a larger fix and they gave advice on how to address the problem if it continues. I will definitely be working with them again in the future for all my plumbing needs. Bruce was my plumber and he was excellent!

As a local Realtor, I loved the ease of communication and response when it came to the service they provided. They quickly get in and take care of our clients needs and meet our crazy deadlines. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Great people, friendly and professional! They take care and pride in their business!

My second time having Fast Freddy’s out for issues in our home. Always impressed with their fast, friendly service. Saved me a bunch of money by explaining the issue with my shower valve and educating me how I can replace it myself. Would recommend them and return to them in the future!

Can't really comment on there service yet, and will update my review if/and/or when they come. But so far. Was told they'd be there between 2 and 3 yesterday, get a call from Bruce at 247 stating that his job he's at currently took and unexpected turn and things turned into a disaster and he wasn't gonna make it today. Okay. No big deal. Things happen. He then tells me he will gladly come out today (Saturday) and look at our leak and most likely fix since it sounds like a simple fix. Said he'd call me at 1030 am sharp to make sure I was available and head over. It is now 1202 in the afternoon. Not one call. I've tried calling twice. He told me he wouldn't charge me an after hours fee cause it wasn't my fault he couldn't make it yesterday and also the fact he happens to only live a couple blocks away from me. This is the 3rd company we've tried to come fix our leaking bathtub. Haven't been able to give my 3 year old a bath 2 months. ( we have a bathroom on the main floor but it's a shower only) we refuse to use the tub or shower upstairs because it could ruin the structural integrity of the house. I just want my tub fixed and I thought this company seemed very very nice and true to there word. I really hope I can update this review with some more positive things.

Because you have to give at least one to leave a review Bruce is unprofessional when I did use them before they were reasonable and efficient something happened they aren't reliable at all completely unprofessional don't follow up or return calls at one point they stopped answering the phone. He told my tenant he prioritize bigger jobs that will pay more over little ones which is understandable but why say that to be tenant then he told another tenant I wasn't going to like the price he's going to quote me. Like I said I've used the service twice one good experience but service has fallen off a cliff!

Allen is an absolute honest person and a pleasure to work with. He gives it to you straight and goes out of his way to take great care of you. Even more important is his years of experience and his craftsmanship.

We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn’t get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy’s came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Now we’re able to complete kitchen remodel tomorrow on time. Also very reasonable prices. Great customer service and support. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys!

Just wanted to thank John , Dan and the crew. Our water heater went out and was spewing water. They were here within an hour or two to fix it and they did it at amazing fair price. You need to check these guys out. Thanks guys

The tech was very friendly to me and my 3 year old. One thing that stuck out for me is how he spoke to my daughter like she was a equal human being and not just another annoying kid. That ment alot to me and I know she appreciated that too. She's a good kid and understands what people are saying. Any company could've fixed my thermostat, but if I had to pick a complete stranger to come to my home and be around my kids while doing so I would pick the company that's shown me they employ techs with patience and respect toward myself and my family. I really appreciate the quality of service we received.
