Wonderful service experience! I called on a Saturday, with Sub-Zero temps, and snow covered roads for a backed up drain and the tech was here within a few hours. He was friendly and professional and fixed our problem (massive tree roots clogged the line). The price was reasonable for an emergency call and all the work that he did to make sure we had running water. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future if I ever have any more plumbing issues.

Devan came and diagnosed the problems. Did the clean out — roots and all. Was very efficient and even tidied up after. Friendly and explained possible follow up work. His efforts were greatly appreciated

First real problem I've ever had with drain issues and tree roots in the pipeline. Clay did a fantastic job not only explaining the price which was exactly what it was at the end but also taking care of all the issues in the pipeline and making sure that the job is well done. I had an emergency situation with kitchen sinks that wouldn't drain and of course it was the weekend. Nick was so kind and helpful on the phone and got me hooked up with Clay. Clay found the issue and got me taken care of quickly. My whole experience was great. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Sam was very pleasant. Your fees are outrageous. I understand the extra charge for the weekend but the $300 for about 10 minutes work. This is ridiculous. I will search high and low for another company before I call you guys again.

My service was phenomenal! It was an emergency call and the tech showed up in a reasonable amount of time. He was respectful and texted upon arrival as requested due to a sleeping baby. He worked quickly and as quietly as possible. The care for cleanliness was amazing and greatly appreciated! The tech also allowed my other children to watch from a reasonable distance and answered their questions. Will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing concerns.

Expensive, especially for the weekend, but they did respond quickly. The tech didn't put my P-Trap on correctly so we had water leaking after he left. But, he got it cleaned out after a couple of attempts and that was all that was needed

I called roto rooter on a weekend and visited with the polite women on the phone .
Then concluded I would make an appointment for Monday. On Monday a young man by the name of Sam arrived he was courteous, neat and tidy, very personable. He got the job done in no time at all. And I had water flowing again.

Roto Rooter came very quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable. I was impressed how careful he was at my residence by putting towels on the stairs and watching woodwork when bringing in his equipment. I would highly recommend them and would contact them myself if I had any other problems.

Very quick and efficient service in clearing a plugged toilet. My only complaint is that the service guy told me a receipt would be emailed and I never got one.

Technician was great, explained everything well, and even handled a difficult pipe placement well. Warned me of potential concerns with the weight of the rooter system going down the stairs and cleared everything with me first. Very pleasant to work with.

Devin was a very young person that excelled beyond our expectations of thoroughness and determination to complete a Saturday night job clearing our main sewer line that gets root corroded and backs up every year. We’ve hired less expensive and way more experienced people for years and feel he actually went above and beyond to get to the actual “root” of the problem. I think he’s invaluable despite the expense and his company is lucky to have such an employee. Hats off!!! Now we can enjoy Easter.

Greg is the BEST Service Technician! Took the time to really find out what was going on and fixed the issue. Unlike the previous Sewer Company who came twice charged a lot and never solved the issue. Kudos to you all at Roto-Rooter

I’m not a plumber, but I have a people focused career. Roto-Rooter was one of two services I contacted the morning my water heater went out. They got back to me immediately and were at my home within an hour to troubleshoot the problem. Clay and Dennis were able to offer a quick solution and I had hot water again within a couple of hours. They were friendly, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional and I highly recommend their services!
