you get charged by the hour and they take their sweet old time

The website shows In Stock which you would believe In Stock at local store. Not the case, everything is In Stock in Minnesota & can be shipped.

Called emergency hotline about a week ago. Still no response from them. Not a reliable company for your service needs and are expensive.

I had the greatest experience with this company! Had an emergency at one of our restaurants they were on the spot taking care of the issue. I highly recommend this company!

I call and they are there quickly regardless of day or time. Always very easy to deal with! Very upset about Sunny being gone though

Had a service call placed for over a week. Didnt hear from them. Finally got a call on my cellphone not business phone, while I was working so I missed it by 2 minutes. Call back and the tech has been rerouted and they want to put me on the overtime schedule so they can charge me double the price. Also, to make matters worse the service manager was rude and unwilling to help! Do not use this company!

Our church was ripped off. This company was contacted when our exhaust fan at our church was no longer operating correctly. We agreed to $100 trip charge and informed that the cost for labor was $100 per hour plus parts. The first tech came out and after 30 minutes he had no clue what was wrong. He said it would be too dangerous to continue on his own as he said it was probably a belt and the large hood had to be removed. He brought a second technician with him a week later and found a simple disconnect switch, on the outside of the building, was in the wrong position. Our church was charged $500 for this. The tech was accusatory in that he claimed one of our volunteers had to have done it. I don't suggest using this company as their practices of demanding a credit card up front are sketchy as best. After they rack up the charges, without getting full approval first, they hit that credit card and then you are stuck. We tried to resolve this with both the service and general manager but to no avail. Our video shows that the tech was not even working in the correct area of the issue to start with. Both managers failed to answer the question as to why a disconnect switch was not first checked. The statements of service are not even filled out indicating what they worked on. Not a trustworthy company.

This service company exemplifies the type of customer all companies should strive for. From the agents in the office to the tech I never worry about getting our needs taken care of. Kudos with 5 star grades in doing the job done right.

Our electric toaster oven went down and General Parts made quick work at getting here and getting it fixed. Everyone was great to work with from the first call to the technician. Thanks!

Amazing company. I'm a facility director at a senior living community and when on of the ovens go down in the kitchen they are first call. Always has a quick response and Scott is great at what he does always gets up and running as quickly as possible

Few issues with the last service we had from this group. First, had a tech out to trouble shoot, made a few adjustments and oven then acted up on day 2. Day 2 issues and talked to tech to let him know. He indicted what to look for on the oven issue we were having. I called him back and then he states "I know what is going on, I'll be right there" I thought great! Hopefully won't have another bill for day two in excess of $300. He comes doesn't have all the parts he needs to get the job done, wasted trip in my book. If you know what the problem is why waste my money coming for not being able to complete the job. I authorize the parts and office states we should be out Friday, the following day to complete. At this point we've only been functioning on 1/2 of the ovens we normally use daily.

Tech calls day 3, Monday now, says how has the oven been working? Well.... I said we've been waiting for parts to get this fixed so we haven't used it. If it would be working why the heck would I order parts to finish the repair... Comes out fixes it. Tech was personable and has been here in the past, always does his job.

Now I get the bill.... rose a couple concerns and got an email from the District Manager Kena W. States she went over the notes and all charges warranted. So, I asked if we could have a discussion on a few things she states she would call. The day she emailed she was out of the office, ok fine give me a call when you're back in the office. That was September 11, now today September 24 never received that call. Great follow up kids. Bill has an itemizes listing, parts freight 79.95, holy cow!! I can buy parts from the same parts place and never have I paid that much in shipping. Then service call charge 127.50, Labor 500.00 Zone travel 160. Questions: service charge, for what? Labor, excessive but whatever, Zone travel charge 160 wowza that seems like a lot of maintenance cost for a guy in a van. So here's the deal. I'm sure I won't get a call, if I do I'd like a call from someone who is able to give a good explanation of what the heck is going on here, NOT GM Kena. Charges in the past have not been this crazy. Review of tech, I'll go 3 stars, watsted trip got you dude, review of organization and service follow up -2 stars if that were possible... Next time.... there won't be a next time. Thanks

Brian Hickman was in our facility for a couple projects. He does an amazing job. There is no one I trust more to ensure our equipment is fixed right. Thanks Brian.
