Do not use! Very unethical, They will try to make you fix things that are not broke.

They are poor at diagnosis and just throw parts at it. The labor rates are just too high and I’m sure the lowly tech gets very little

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMAPY!!! I called them trying to sub them out for service. Everyone I talked to was rude. They must not like money! This place is a joke! too bad there isn't a half a star option. I Hope one day you need to call me for something service related!! I am going laugh in your face!

GoodWin tucker use to be good service and hornest. Now its Corpoerate, ask for your credit card first ,next email you to sign, then tell you they are out about a week.
Are you kiding me? Whe restaurant need service, they need it now. and when did the company affraid customers not paying them. where are the trust? Disappointment for me, will not recomend to anyone

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with I waited 3 months to fix my freezer. I had my part overnighted and still had to wait 3 weeks to get someone made several appointments and they just never showed up no call no reason. Their customer service was terrible never helpfull but always rude if you want something fixed do not call Goodwin Tucker!!!

We do not recommend this company. We made them understand the situation. 3 weeks out, nothing fixed nor looked at. They’d set schedules they never make. Communication is horrible. Save yourself the trouble, especially if you are relying on your equipment for your business.

Honest repair information on my old range! Told me it would be more cost effective to buy a new one than to make the repairs on my old one.

Technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Recommend a company to clear the vent. I did that and paid for that only to find out that the vent was clear. Spoke to the company and asked for a refund of their charge. They offered to come back out but I told them my confidence and trust with them was broken. They refused my refund request.

Outstanding. Ron knew exactly what he was doing. He was very professional and friendly! He got everything working exactly as it was supposed to be working!

I contacted Andy’s Appliance Repair of Omaha for help with our GE Profile refrigerator. John, the service technician arrived at exactly the scheduled time. He spent time running diagnostics and analyzing the results to determine the problem with the unit. He replaced two parts and everything is now working as it should. I am so pleased with the quality of work along with John’s professional and pleasant assistance. The price of the repair service was very reasonable. We will be recommending Andy’s to others and will definitely use them again if necessary. - - Jim S
