You can’t find a better appliance repair place. Andy’s technicians are professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They pursue every option to complete the repair…which is not always easy when the manufacturer can’t even provide the correct answers, parts and diagrams needed to complete the job. I highly recommend Andy’s for all your repair needs. Jeremy is the best.

Tech was great! Turns out nothing wrong with my oven as it was operator error. lol. Could have charged me to fix nothing but only charged the diagnostic fee. I appreciate their integrity and will use there services again!

Our dryer was not heating and we called them to have a look. Dave came a few days after we called and fixed our dryer in a hour. It saved us from getting a new dryer. We would recommend using them for their affordable price and high quality service.

I guess I can't leave zero stars which is what they deserve. I needed a gasket replaced or even a small part where the gasket went in the filter of my water line from my refrigerator. I took everything apart and noticed where the leak was but they said someone had to come out to look at it anyway so a couple days later someone did and he said he needed to get the part and it would be a few days and the price was over $400. He came out and replaced it, it literally took less than 5 minutes and he said he also put in a new water line in because the other one was old. Fast forward a couple weeks later there had been condensation in the air ducts in the garage, to make a long story short The water was coming from the fitting that he put the new water line in to the water line of the refrigerator, the technician did not tighten it enough so it leaked to the basement and followed the air duct to the garage. I contacted them with the issue and they came out and said they don't think it was their fault because I had tightened it to make it stop leaking so they didn't think I was telling them the truth. For future reference to anyone do not fix the problem yourself, let them see it! What I should have done was shut off the water I guess and wait till someone saw the issue. So they never reimbursed us anything and now almost a year later there's mold all around the air ducts so we have to get somebody to come look at the air ducts to see what's in there and to clean them out. I'm writing this hoping someone else doesn't get scammed by them, be careful!!
I just read your response, here is my response to that.

Are you kidding me, that is your response? First of all, yes you did repair the leak but then caused another leak!! The worst part about this is you took NO responsibility for the mistake. My mistake is that I tightened the fitting that your tech put in and then called you to let you know. I should have just shut the water off to the refrigerator and wait the week that you said it would take to be here. I am in honest person and I just assumed that you were also. That leak came from nowhere else but that fitting that your tech put on the water line for the refrigerator and now we are dealing with a bunch of mold around the air ducts. Don't you dare put a comment on here explaining that it wasn't your fault because that makes you so much more a liar. By the way the person that came out to look at the damage was the same tech that made the mistake that caused it, You really think he's going to tell you the truth that it was because of him and that he would get in trouble for it. My wish is that somebody reads this before calling you and changes their mind before they make a big mistake.
To tell you the truth I still can't believe you're response but then again I read some of your reviews and I see that you never take any responsibility is something goes wrong, you always put the blame on the person getting the work done for, nice business you have, NOT.

They were out to the house within a couple days and repaired the dishwasher back to working order. The service provider was knowledgeable and gave good insight on the age of the appliance, care techniques, and preferences of brands should a replacement be needed. All around, great service!

I made an appt for dishwasher repair and the process was so fast and easy! I got an appt within two days when I made the call to schedule, and when the team member came on site, they were friendly, knowledgable, and fixed my dishwasher up right away. I'm happy to continue to use this for future issues and other maintenance with my appliances in the house!

Unfortunately the issue was not resolved. The technician did not address the core issue, a long fill alarm. Instead the ice machine was reset and began to work. We have been resetting the alarm our selves so of course that worked temporarily. The technician was not interested in the history of issues we’ve had with this unit and took the easy way out. Lastly the technician left without speaking to anyone explain the repair. This technician avoided verbal communication and any answer was one or two words. The interaction was odd and a bit bizarre.

They showed up when they said they would be at my house. The tech did not have the part on his truck. He went and got one. He said ut would take about 15 mins and that is how long it took him. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Andys.

Jeremy is the best tech ever! He knows exactly what he’s doing how to do. It never makes a mess get it done and efficient time!
Anytime I need an appliance service. I will definitely call Andy’s and ask for Jeremy!

Repairman listened carefully to my experience of how the dryer stopped working, and what I had done to double-check possible problems. Found exactly the problem we expected him to find and, since there was no damage, charged only for the service call. Thanks for your honest, straightforward service!

I am in the property management business and I used Andy's Appliance Repair for all of my appliance repairs. They are prompt and incredibly professional. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and communicative - which is very important to me and running a business. Recently I have started using their new HVAC department for services on my properties. I'm happy to say that their professionalism has carried over to this department. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Can't say enough good things about this company. My refrigerator stopped cooling on Oct.31st and is covered by my home warranty. The home warranty company sent out two different repair companies before they sent out Andy's. The first company said they couldn't repair it and the second company said they would order parts and come back. The second company came back on November 18th and worked on refridge and as of November 20th it still wasn't working. Warranty company then dispatched Andy's Appliance and they came out promptly. The technician diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Put in writing to my warranty company and to me what the issue was and left me his card. He also told me to contact the manufacturer as he believed my refrigerator could still be covered under their warranty. Thank you Andy's Appliance for understanding the urgency of my situation ( other companies weren't as considerate, knowledgeable, or prompt).

They are so great! We have had them fix multiple things, but this one tops them all. Our oven had a part that went bad. My husband called to see if they had it on a weekend. They said yes they do but they closed in 10 minutes. We live 20 min away. They were so kind and stayed open for us to get there and get the part we needed. Top notch service!!! I will always recommend them for repairs.

In addition to what I called him out for, he found an error that occurred when manufactured, that corrected my drying issue.
I would highly recommend Andy’s Appliance Repair. I don’t know what all he did, but my dishwasher has never worked as well. I used to have to clean the dishes before I loaded them in the dishwasher. Not any more!!

W were so pleased with our experience with Andy's Appliance and our technician, Scott, in particular. We needed repair of a new dishwasher that was covered under warranty. Scheduling was easy, they kept us informed along the way, and the part we needed arrived even faster than expected. Scott was professional and friendly. He communicated the problem to us as well as the remedy. Our dishwasher is working perfectly. Will definitely use them again.

The service technician arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem with the refrigerator. He was able to fix it right then because he had the part with him. He was in and out in less than an hour. In addition to the repair, he was polite, and respectful of my property. Did not leave the kitchen with any mess. I will definitely use Andy's again!

The upper rack on our dishwasher broke. I called Andy's and the service man came the next day. He determined the problem and had to order a part. Josh was back in two days and installed the new part ii 30 minutes time.
While Josh was at our house, I showed him a problem with our dryer. He knew what caused the problem and said he had the necessary replacement parts on his truck. He suggested that i call the office to schedule a return visit to fix the dryer. I did call and Josh came back and fixed the dryer in 45 minutes time.
Andy's is a well organized and efficient operation I strongly recommend them for your appliance repair needs.

Worst place ever. They did fix the refrigerator which was the ice maker. The washing machine they came here saying that the mother board needed to be replaced. Well they replaced it, had to call them back since the repair man forgot to connect everything right so had to wait days for them to come out and finish the job they didn't do right the first time. If that's not bad enough replacing the mother board did not fix the issue. After having another repair company come out. They noticed Andy's didn't even properly inspect the washer. Why because changing the mother board would never fix the issue the washer is needing a full repair. The shift, the starter bolts all messed up and why the washer sticks in a censoring mood and will not work. Do yourself a favor and call a different company to fix your appliances otherwise you will spend a ton of money and still have a broken appliance. Would never use this company again.

Alex, came out to repair my mothers stackable Washer and Dryer. He diagnosed the issue right away. He explained the options clearly and fixed the issues very quickly. My mother said "Alex was so very nice, helpful and knew exactly what to do." Awesome work Alex.

I am always skeptical when I hire someone to fix something or do something in my home. This company was timely, professional, friendly and they delivered what they promised. They also made several trips to my house to fix several parts of the same product with only one service call fee. God Bless honest companies in this day and age.

As always I am very pleased with the service I received from your technician Alex. Our Samsung ice maker now works perfectly. The second time I’ve had to have it repaired in the last year. Our Kenmore refrigerator in the garage is over 30 years old and works perfectly. Good job on Alex’s part.
