These guys are the only people to call if an appliance goes out. I had a call in with Sears service and they expected me to wait a month for them to come service my dryer

All Appliance is my go to appliance fix it company when my appliances breakdown at home. I’ve used them three times and they have been nothing more than professional and courteous.

Charlie explained the services thoroughly and answered all my questions. There were a few issues with our WHIRLPOOL refrigerator. He worked a few hours on it and it's up and running. Gave us his info if there's any further assistance needed. This was a pleasant warranty situation and we are satisfied with the professionalism and ability as a repairman. ☆☆☆☆☆

Tim was the best ! He fixed my washer gave me knowledge on how to prevent the issue again . as well as leveled out my dryer. He was so sweet and kind

Tech showed up on time. Determined that we had an unrepairable defective product. The tech communicated well and he was good. I would give him 5 stars. BUT the company then stopped communication after I called repeatedly to check on the status. Called and gave them a chance to make it right, they did not. Tech was good, communication from staff and manager or owner, would be zero stars if I could give that.

It was a Friday night. I discovered my freezer wasn’t working. Icemaker wasn’t working. I left a message for them, hoping they could come on Saturday. They were able to work me in Charlie was the service technician It was 5 o’clock Saturday night and he said sure I can replace the compressor, that way you aren’t put on a schedule and it could be days before someone could get out here. I am so very appreciative ! I really felt I could trust him and he knew what he was doing

Christian did a great job replacing the oven heating element. I got a next day appointment and the price was better than others I checked. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Chad diagnosed my washing machine right away but had to order the part. Once the part was in, he came over and quickly replaced my pump. Great service!

Very professional. Thorough. Educational. Additionally, my technician was kind, patient and had a sense of humor. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it and how to take care of my machine to extend its life.

Noone likes a broken dryer(especially my daughter!) These guys bent over backwards to accommodate us! They were able to get us on the schedule as soon as the part arrived and even when we needed another part they put us on the schedule for first thing in the morning. Professional and on time!

A new Speed Queen dryer came with a bad roller. Shawn came out (the part was ordered and arrived quickly) and replaced it, and showed me the problem with it. Shawn was prompt, experienced, and personable. Highly recommend All Appliance Service.

Steve came out and repaired my fridge within 10 mins. Gave good info on how to help my fridge last and best practices. Will use again.

I would like to give Tim 5 Stars. He came out and took care of my drain hose for my Frigidaire Wash machine combo unit. I live at Southwind’s Apartments off Virginia St in Omaha. He knew what the problem was right away and took care of it right away and was nice to my rescue dog Max also!! I give Tim 5 Stars. Christine Wheeler

Would not recommend. Techs were friendly and on time but they diagnoses me with three seperate issues. The first time they came out they coded my drain pump was broke, then when the second tech came out they then told me it was a broke wire and supposedly fixed the issue. My washer was still not working, they did come out a third time and said my agitator was broke. The amount of money I paid for an unnecessary fix I could have got the original issue fixed or got a new one is great condition.
