Warranty repair for oven. Sent several pics of part in question per thier request. took day off work on day repair guy showed. he spent 5 minutes telling me all the issues my brand new range has, he then opened the door or oven, closed it and said ok...i will need to get parts from thier warehouse and make an appointment to come back. Infinity would have had summer pictures in you what was going on with it he could have brought the thermostat with him. I advised him I texted the pictures to the person that made the appointment. All I said was yeah I'm not sure what happened. But go ahead and call in and make another appointment for me to return...this guy just likes to yap...called NFM and they are replacing the range so i hopefully dont have to deal with All Appliance service again. I left a message for the person i texted the pics to and havent heard anything back...

** Per the company response . I wasnt speaking with LG as I showed your tech the text thread and he confirmed the phone# as your business #. The tech also advised that it wouldnt help for me to call NFM as they wouldnt do anything outside of the 30 days. I called NFM right after he left and they had a new range to my home within 3 days. Next time if you read a negative comment, do your research, take accountability and learn how to give World Class Customer Service or stay the same and blame the customer when you give bad customer service..Those darn pesky customers always get in the way of a easy day.

Wouldn't recommend. Told them the first time the dryer was a stacked unit and in a small area, they said they would relay that info to the tech. He showed up had no idea so I had to help. Sliced my hand open. Problem didn't get fixed so I called and scheduled another appt and now they said they'll have to charge me to MOVE the unit so they can work on it because it's not their job to move appliances it's just their job to work on them. Laughable. Very poor customer service. If you want a job don't correctly and the first time I'd suggest going with another company.

Ben was very proficient and professional. He also went above and beyond. My wife is waiting for a knee replacement and was having trouble getting up stairs due to the pain. She sat at the top of the stairs and could not stand. I am waiting for a hip replacement and wasn't able to give enough aid. Ben arrived for this call and helped her stand. We are so thankful for his help.

My control panel on my Whirlpool washer caused my drain pump to run nonstop. This is a known issue that Whirlpool has put out a Technical Service Pointer for and is covering parts and labor even for out of warranty washers, through 12/31/25. I called Whirlpool to schedule the appointment, and they scheduled through All Appliance Repair. It took about 1.5 weeks to get here, but I believe it's because I went through Whirlpool. The two techs, I believe one was named Bobby, replaced the control panel. They were on time and took less than 30 minutes because they were proactive and brought the replacement part with them. They called when they were on their way. And they were both very friendly! Had I needed to pay for the service call, he said it would have been $117 with tax, which would have been very reasonable. However, Whirlpool covered the entire repair. I'm really happy with the service I received and will keep their information in case I need appliance repair in the future.

Charlie was AWESOME...he gave up his Saturday to fix my fridge. Thank you so much!!! Everyone I talked to/worked with at All Appliance was great....professional, comoetent and with a sense of urgency to get my fridge back to functional.

I work in the service industry and ShawnPaul came in and knocked my replacement pump out in about 20ish minutes. They left no mess and checked in before they left. Great work!

Great Service! Got my portable Dehumidifiers up and running and held the units until I had to pick up. Tim communicated great with on going developments of the units.

The tech identified his self immediately as all appliance with a friendly disposition. He was fast and efficient. He did have a small struggle with removal of a part (due to the thinking outloud talk) but recovered quickly. All together it took 15min or less and my washing machine was back in business. YES I WILL RECOMMEND and will use again if/when necessary. Thank you ALL APPLIANCE!!

Friendly people and they explain everything they do. I've had them come to fix my refrigerator in the past, this time for my oven. They work fast and are very professional. I'd recommend them to anyone! The two men I've had come over have been Bobby and Charlie. Both great guys working for a great company!

Steve and Tom were knowledgeable and efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly and their service call price was very fair. Will definitely use them in the future for appliance repairs.

Trevor came out for a warranty repair and was awesome to work with. He knew exactly what was wrong, showed me the issue, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Kind, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I am giving All Appliance Service 5 stars for the excellent service that Charlie provided for us. The scheduling associates set expectations that a technician should arrive in the morning, so I planned to stay home in the morning and go to work at noon. However, there was miscommunication that led to the technician being overbooked in the morning and he was only able to meet after I already got to work. Charlie set a good expectation that he would try to follow up after his next job, but I just assumed there wouldn't be a call back. After an already long day with a project that lasted hours longer than he expected, Charlie called us at 7pm and he offered to show up to still try to take care of our request. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind, and ended up leaving our house at 9pm. I commend him on his excellence and recommend All Appliance Service solely on my experience with Charlie. He saved the day for this company because the missed expectations in the morning would have led to a very poor review. Hopefully the scheduling associates can get a better solution in place to support their technicians.

I originally contacted Whirlpool for service, and they contracted this company. An appointment was scheduled, but no one called or showed up. When I followed up that day, I was told parts had been ordered—however, ordering parts does not require me to take time off work. It was a complete no-call, no-show.
When we later scheduled the part installation, I was told I would receive a confirmation call the day before, which never happened. On the day of the appointment I had to call them to confirm.

While they did attempt the repair, the washing machine is still not working. I don’t fault them for the appliance issue itself, but the lack of communication throughout the process has been extremely frustrating. I contacted them again and was told additional parts would be ordered. After three weeks with no update, I called once more and we are now scheduled for another appointment.

Christian is an awesome technician!! Smart, conscientious thorough, kind---GREAT all the way around! Used AA for years! Dave, Scott and Christian are the BEST in Omaha! And surrounding areas! 10 stars if could!!

I am beyond disappointed in this company. It was evident from my first interaction that this company has little regard for the customer or their time. Updates on scheduling services and parts was only provided upon reaching out. During the repair of my refrigerator, my floor was damaged. I understand accidents happen and was assured it would be resolved by the technician. Did I ever receive a call or any effort to schedule a repair, no!

Two weeks ago I finally got connected to an apologetic Manager with the promise to call me back with a solution. I’m still waiting… empty promises.

It has now been 6 weeks. I had left multiple messages for the owner and manager. I am out of ideas and loosing hope that this company will take
Accountability.

Tom was fantastic! His communication about when he would arrive was so helpful. He estimated about how long the service might take so that I could easily work it into our busy schedule. Once he arrived he got right to work and fixed the problem with our washing machine. He was so kind, experienced and funny! Many thanks!

Ben came out and serviced my refrigerator and showed exemplary care and consideration while defrosting the freezer coil where other service companies had failed to avoid making a mess. He confirmed to be skilled and knowledgeable about the systems and technology by conversation as he serviced the unit. Definitely a valuable technician.

Shawn was wonderful. He had Great customer service, and was easy to work with. He was Very friendly and professional. Replaced the burner element in our range very quickly. 10/10 would hire again.

I have been using Steve and his son’s from Steve’s All Appliances for years. They are very knowledgeable and professional and have been able to fix any problems with my appliances within two days. I love being able to trust one company for all my appliance needs. Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Furnace, Air-Conditioner, washer and dryer. Reasonable priced and they guarantee their work. Wouldn’t ever use anyone else!

Great job! Very thorough! Went above and beyond to troubleshoot and figure out the issue of why my icemaker was an operating. As well as trying to figure out why my oven was not baking as good as it should. Explained everything while he was working so I would understand. Friendly and courteous -will use them again if ever needed.highly recommend them.JW
