Technician was ok. Service was terrible. Supposed to be here 9/9. He moved to 9/12. Had to move my cortizone injection for severe arthritis out. Then he left the old compressor. I am almost 80 and my husband is a few years younger. It was all we could do to get it down the 3 steps to our garage. We have no way to lift it or to dispose of it. He needs to come back and get it. Very disappointed in service.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to identify the problem right away. Clearly explained how we would deal with it. That included a clear explanation of how we would attempt to obtain parts and get them installed.

If I could rate sears any lower I would. They were so rude and unprofessional. It took 7 weeks for them to fix my washer. I kept having to make appointments and they would no call no show and there's no one to answer their phones to talk to. The technician who came out was a real Richard. I hated them and their service sucks. Don't go through them. That's why sears went out of business in the first place.

The tech arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He provided tips on annual maintenance to avoid the situation in the future.
Additionally, I didn’t mention any pricing because I don’t have the Sears Warranty, I have a different warranty company and the charges were already part of my contract.

Jeff the tech did a fantastic job, he was very personable and professional. Your Scheduler, on the other hand, cancelled 9 times in 2 months on us. Be aware consumer, even if you have a verified appointment with Sears, it means nothing. I lost 9 days of work waiting for them and generally got cancelled on in the middle of the afternoon on the day of the appointment.

Very happy with the service! Super friendly and speedy fix. I couldn’t believe we got our microwave fixed the same day. I’d say within 20 mins. Maybe even less.

Poor experience. Called with a simple problem. Were going to charge me $200 to just drive over and create estimate. I opted for phone support / estimate - $50 for a 15 minute phone call - and that was ok. After the call - they sent me a ~$550 estimate to replace some screws on a dishwasher handle. I asked them to break down that $550 - and they wouldn't. Really unprofessional.

Mike is exceptional!!! Prompt and reliable and always courteous. He communicates everything so well all along the way of the repair process. I'm always happy when I get my update saying Mike will be my tech coming to my house. We absolutely love working with Hometown Hero Appliance Repair. I strongly believe they are the best appliance repair business in Omaha.

Out Technician Cody was terrific. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Hometown Hero Appliance. We have used this company before and will continue to do so.

I was kept well informed of the anticipated arrival time of my technician, Darren. He was friendly , knowledgeable and even had the part to my thirty year old dryer in his truck! Service was quick and I am pleased!

Had a warranty request initiated for a Samsung refrigerator which had ice maker issues. Samsung contracted Hometown Hero to resolve the issue. They sent out a service tech named Kelvin who resolved my issue by switching out the ice maker components. The guy was knowledgeable, timely, and personable. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Derek arrived found the issue didn’t try to upsell anything checked all that was needed to ensure the repair was complete. Cleaned his area and wore boot covers in our home. Very polite.
