Had a really nice experience. Very helpful and interested I helping me with a doorbell of all things. So it wasn't just about money but seem to be very genuine.

Took a lamp in that had a bent fixture preventing me from screwing in a lightbulb. After supposed repair, the fixture is still bent and looks like the exact same one that needed changing. Still cannot screw in a light bulb. Also, the proprietor acted smugly demeaning because I didn’t have the terminology he might use to describe the problem. Poor way to win return customers.

A rare place today where they provide personal service, listen to your questions and give honest answers as well as reasonable rates for repairs. Wouldn't take my Kitchen Aid mixer anywhere else.

I brought in a 30 year old Stiffel floor lamp for repair. The lamp had a broken pole activated on/off switch. I contacted several other shops that stated they do not have parts to fix it. I brought it to Myers and within a week my lamp was repaired and working perfectly!
