We recently had our dryer break down. ASAP was wonderful to work with. When we called in for service, Taylor was so nice and understanding to our needs. She dealt with our appliance warranty company, and got them moving faster on our claim When our service tech Ryan showed up, he was very polite and knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. We couldn’t be more pleased with ASAP.

I appreciate your professionalism. I also appreciate their kindness and willing to help. I also appreciate their helpful tips they gave me about how to clean my glass top stove. They perform the service well and timely manner. I appreciate Sean helping me once again. I bought a freezer for many years ago. And I got the same quality service I did years ago and got the quality service today. Thank you ASAP appliances and plumbing. I will definitely use them if I have any future needs.

Ryan was very good about explaining everything. They have an automatic service to let you know when your appointment is and to confirm and also lets you know when the service man will be on his way. They give you a date with a two hour window. Worked wonderful for us!

I would have given five stars but it was a little over a week before they came back to install the new dishwasher part.

My dishwasher would not drain properly. I called ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Services & they came out promptly. Ryan(749343) diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. The part came in and he was ready to replace it within 3 days. Unfortunately I was called out of town & had to postpone. I made an appointment for the day i returned & he replaced the part. Ryan was very efficient & careful to clean up everything and my dishwasher is running fine now.
I strongly recommend ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Service and will be using them again if I ever have need again!

Great experience! Our refrigerator was having problems and ASAP sent over their technician, Shawn, to help. He was very professional, nice, worked efficiently, and answered all of my questions. After ordering the new part, the issue was resolved quickly and our refrigerator is doing great.

They were very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and courteous! ASAP is the first company I call when I need something checked out!

UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful. The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I'm very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.

John was our technician. He did an absolutely fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and was conscientious about protecting the floor and area around where he was working to prevent damaging anything. He knew what was wrong and was able to get the repair done very quickly. John took the time to explain the issues and answer all our questions.

Shane was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Would gladly use the service again. The company had a wide range of appointment times and days to accommodate different work schedules. They also kept me updated on when Shane had completed prior service and when he was in direct route to my home. If I were to required to provide an area of improvement, the only small thing that I might say is they could provide an approximate drive time between prior call and my house.

Shane came on a Sunday night to help with our washing machine. We brought home a 3 day old newborn today and needed the machine to do the dirty clothes. He diagnosed our problem quickly and professionally. Would recommend to everyone!

Called ASAP to repair leaking water from water filter housing. Cesar came out very quickly and replaced the water filter housing. The bypass from water filter was not sealing properly. It is one that automatically bypasses when there is no filter, it doesn’t take a plug. We have a house water filter and don’t use the refrigerator filter. Extremely polite and made sure to keep our floors clean. Very thoughtful man and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend ASAP.

Cesar was the technician assigned to repair my dishwasher. He was very friendly, pleasant, and we had great conversation while he worked to repair my dishwasher. He was absolutely efficient and clean. I hate when repair people come and leave a mess. Cesar did not do this. He even brought a blanket to lay down I front of the dishwasher while he worked. I've been using ASAP for a few years and definitely recommend them! The owner, Sean (spelling?) is also very nice and super knowledgeable. Taylor is also down to earth and very transparent when booking your appointment and following up the day of. Again, couldn't ask for a better plumbing and appliance repair service! Definitely recommend them and their prices are reasonable.

This was my first time having ASAP Plumbing out and I’m impressed. From the friendly and professional help from Amber when I first called, to really quick scheduling (they really did come ASAP) and a job well done on our under the sink water filter. Both Shane and Kurt were professional, helpful and did good work. I’ll definitely be using ASAP Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

John came to fix our dryer yesterday and we had an amazing experience with him! I called on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. John was able to diagnose, fix, and put back together our dryer in a little over an hour. He was informative on what the issue was and explained everything to myself and my husband. When I arrived to my house when he was here I was a little flustered with both of my sons (a newborn and a 2 year old) coming back from another appointment and he kindly brought my water bottle, phone, and wallet inside for me since I had both of my kids with me so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. That gesture really meant so much to me! John was patient and so very kind. It really goes to show that they hire kind hearted people who care about their clients and their work. Thank you, John, and ASAP Appliance for all your help!

My refrigerator/freezer fan wasn't running late on a Saturday afternoon. I tried calling a few places, but all were closed. ASAP said they could send a tech out within 2 hours. Shane was here early, got the fan running and gave me options of replacing the fan, or just watching it to see if it just needed a good cleaning out (which he did by removing the back and cleaning it out and cleaning the coils.) I chose to replace it, so he ordered the part. He was here at noon on Monday to replace the fan. Shane did a great job. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

We used ASAP for our broken dryer and had a great experience. The office staff is so pleasant and helpful. The tech Edward that came was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Our issue was resolved once the parts order came in. Honestly everything was smooth and easy. We would definitely call them for any future issues.

We had a difficult situation with a dishwasher that fit in a spot with unusual dimensions so that when it broke down, it wasn't an easy thing just to throw it away and get another. Edward from ASAP was awesome. He made more than one trip to troubleshoot and fix various things on it as he narrowed down what the problem was and didn't charge us for the first part he replaced since it didn't fix it right away. It ended up we got several new parts on it that really updated the machine so it will last a lot longer now. Best of all, this guy was just really personable and has a great rapport with customers. He looks out for you and works to do the job right. And the receptionists are unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful on the phone. They're able to get someone out to your house fast. I feel good about working with this company in the future.

Service: navien tankless water heater repair

Things the plumber did do during the service call:
- Complained about the pipes in my basement for about 20 minutes (its an old house, I'm aware lol)
- Called the manufacturer to complain about the pipes in my basement again
- Checked the condensate drain line for a blockage, after I told him where it was
- Told me the condensate drain pump was probably broken which is why it wasn't working (this is not a part of the water heater)

Things the plumber didn't do that seemed weird:
- didn't turn the water heater on
- didn't try to run hot water to test it out
- didn't try to reproduce the error code

I called to ask for my money back because there was no actual 'troubleshooting' done and they refused and said that based on their diagnostics it needed to be replaced, those diagnostics: the condensate line *wasn't* blocked.

The actual fix I did that weekend was to shove a shop vac down my exhaust pipe which cleaned out the bird's nest that was in there. Seems like a professional should have checked that!

Don't waste $150. Call someone else.
