I am very un-happy with my experience here. I broke a small part on my sewing machine and called around for quotes to repair it. Myers was close to my location and very affordable. Once I brought them my machine, they looked it over and said they could replace the part and have it ready to pick up within one week. They required a $30 deposit which I was happy to pay because of their confidence in my repair.

After ten days of waiting, they called me and said they weren’t able to fix it and I can come pick it up. When I got there, I asked for my $30 back since they didn’t repair my machine and they said no because it was for the time they spent looking over my machine. I asked several times and they refused to refund me. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay even more for it to actually get fixed. I’m just right back to where I started minus $30. I only brought them my machine and agreed for them to fix it because they told me they would be able to get the part I needed for it and replace it. I would have never brought it to them if they had told me it was a possibility that they wouldn’t be able to fix it.

I would have been happy to use this store again for future repairs, but due to my first experience I am willing to drive across town and pay more for repairs.

I would be happy to remove this review after the return of my deposit.

We both know that is a lie. I called into your store telling you exactly what part was broken and your tech said he could fix it. Then, after waiting a week and a half, I was told your tech couldn’t do anything to fix it and I would not be refunded.

I took it upon myself to find the part my machine needed. I found it and purchased it, without your help. I will be taking my machine elsewhere to have it fixed. Your business will not be receiving money from me anymore, and I hope this review shows what your company prioritizes.

They keep my kitchen aid mixer working like brand new. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my mixer. The guy was able to diagnose the problem within seconds of me telling him about it and before I even got up to the counter a female staff member saw me with my heavy mixer and told me to bring it up and set it on the counter while I waited for my turn. This is the 2nd time I've brought an appliance to them and I'll be a repeat customer again, great experiences both times.

Super nice people and a great place to take those electrical items needing repair.

Had a great experience with Myers. Even during the busy holidays they were able to take our stand mixer right away and give it a look after it stopped turning on. Both employees we worked with were friendly and professional, and we got our mixer back for cheaper than expected AND much quicker than anticipated. Will definitely keep using Myers Electric in the future

Ryan, was just amazing. Very knowledgeable, had the issue resolved extremely fast with the parts in hand. He has punctual, clean and very respectful of my property by dogs and myself. I would totally call Ryan again for any other appliance issue.

When our dryer started making noise we called ASAP, very polite and helpful, answered all my questions, Ryan the technician was prompt and on time, professional and very polite, he explained my options and had my dryer repaired in an hour. Definitely recommend ASAP. We had Shane and Ryan as our technicians and they were extremely friendly and very easy to work with. They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed our stove with no problems. It now works better than ever. We will definitely use them again!

Our home warranty company hired ASAP Appliance and they were a pleasure to work with through the process. I am extremely impressed with this company. The office staff was very nice and the guy they sent out was just super. Shane is the guys name that did the work for us on 2 different occasions. I'm sure they have other great employees but this guy I would request every time!!!! These people deserve your business. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

They were prompt and very courteous to me and my customers home. Went right to work after the backgrounders questions of what went wrong.
They worked quickly and had the washer in no time.

The office team was very polite, quick to respond to our scheduling requests. Shawn was great with helping us to install a new faucet for our bathroom remodel & very reasonable prices. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people that do great work!

Couldn't be more happy with the plumbing service ASAP provides. I called them on a Wednesday night and the woman who made my appointment was very sweet and scheduled me for the next day between 12-2. So right away I was happy I didn't have to wait days. Dave was my plumber he called me at 12:10 and was there by 12:30, definitely the nicest plumber I've ever met. He really knew what he was talking about and had my problem fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Cesar actually came earlier than scheduled after calling ahead which worked out great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He tackled the job and gave what I feel was an honest estimate.
If I need future work I would call ASAP again and ask for him.

I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn’t getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. Today Robert came back and installed all the new parts. He was very professional and courteous and my appliance is now working again. I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP. I’ve had to call ASAP a couple times in the last month. Once for my dishwasher and again for a customer after my employee got a lil aggressive pulling out their dishwasher to install tile. Shawn happened to be the tech on both and he was great. Punctual, communicated issues well, and can’t beat their price. I will definitely be using ASAP services from now on

Superb is the only way to describe these guys. The office staff is polite and very caring. The tech they assigned me - Chris M. is very talented and did tons of work for me. He installed a new hot water heater, new water softener, new RO system in my kitchen and unscrambled the goofing plumbing in my house - all in one day. He is pleasant, talented - even my dog likes him and my dog doesn't like anybody. I would recommend this group and Chris M. without reservation.

I am very happy with the service provided by ASAP Appliance. I would describe them as punctual, professional and very customer service orientated. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer explained what I needed and gave me a return time to finish the job. He returned a few hours later and completed the job. I was happy with the service and will use again in the future. I will definitely recommend ASAP to others.

Shane came out and fixed our fridge today. Very nice guy and was out in a timely manner. He’s explained everything well and told us to let them now if anything comes up. I would definitely recommend these guys for a call out to fix your appliances, Fast, Courteous, And Highly Recommended.

They came to my home to give me an estimate for hooking up a new kitchen sink. Including putting together the new sink together and one shut off valve. A 400.00 dollar service from any other company I spoke with and that was the high side of them. The estimate he gave me was for 1235.00 a complete rip off never use this company. They want me to pay 149.00 for an estimate. He was at my home less than 5 minutes and not a tool used are you kidding. What a joke. I didn't realize they would be 4 times higher than any other plumber. What a complete scam I bet they just make money from the estimates and never actually do any work.
I would like to ad that after posting this review they had me call the office manager who was not in. The assistant manager did end up waiving the fee. I was told the new program they are using is sometimes not good.

Ryan came right on time and did a great job for me when i was in a bind. He fixed my dryer and went above and beyond to ensure i was happy with his service. I would call again anytime and recommend to my friends without hesitation!
