Gary came back out to replace the broken water filter housing and water filter at no cost to me.
The line is still frozen and I was advised I'd need to unplug the fridge for 24 hours to let it thaw.
This isn't a feasible option for me as I don't have a spare fridge, freezer or coolers to store my food, but I appreciate that he came out for free to try and fix the issue again.
While I'm bummed I still can't use the water dispenser or have ice ready on hand, I am very appreciative of C2K & Gary's customer service in trying to rectify this.

They did an excellent job of installing my washer and dryer. They're pleasant and punctual. I'm looking forward to them returning to install a new range.
