I was very satisfied with the work done by this company. They worked well into the evening to make sure my siding was replaced in a timely manner, and were happy to return to do a few minor touch-ups on the exterior paint. I met several of the workers and they were all extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have exterior work done on their home. Sincere thanks!

They did do a lot of work after a hailstorm demolished my house. They don’t seem to be organized. I went to the office to pick up the siding I wanted. Darrin couldn’t find it a few weeks later and ordered the wrong color. He also did not measure all of the windows on my front porch and ordered the wrong size. His solution was to add pieces of wood to make the windows fit. Now it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I also pointed out concerns with siding that was installed incorrectly, the trim that wasn’t cut correctly, and the gutters that were leaking. There has been no follow up since the work was completed, almost 3 years ago. Again Darren did great work with the insurance company. The follow-through is lacking. And there has been no customer satisfaction after the fact.

Darren helped us out with our damage from last year's hail. He made the process very easy and worked with us and the insurance company to make sure we were able to fix everything that needed to be addressed. We will definitely be using Exterior Options for our future home repair projects.

Darren and his crew were amazing! They worked quickly, were super polite and helpful, and stayed in close contact for the whole project! We got new windows, siding, roof, and gutters. It looks like a completely different house! We've already gotten so many compliments! They really went above and beyond in so many ways: they swept up inside after installing the windows, John came out on a SATURDAY to caulk one window that got missed and install our porch lights (that we hadn't gotten in time, so it was our bad, but he did it anyway), and most importantly, Darren has helped us immensely with our insurance claim when the public adjuster WHO WE HIRED TO HELP US WITH failed to do so. He really has been really patient and immensely helpful through the whole experience. We are SO impressed!

I asked Darren for a bid on a deck rebuild, but only the framing portion, as I was interested in saving some cash and putting the deck boards on myself. It was obvious from our initial conversation that Darren was committed to doing exactly what I wanted done for the project. He had his deck builder, Caesar, do the framing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work. Everything was done exactly as I wanted. I will definitely use Exterior Options again in the future!

Darren showed up bright and early on a Monday morning and proceeded to work cheerfully and efficiently, beating the heat and exceeding my expectations. He completed the repairs on our deck in a way that made us wish we had gotten the job done before we sold the house so we would have had more time to enjoy it. Nice work! Our dog even liked him!

Darren has been great to work with. After getting 7 different bids with $2800 spread I felt the most comfortable and confident with Darren. His knowledge, professionalism and communication has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Exterior Options and would hire again.

Darren and his team did a great job with my fence. I am pleased with the time frame they were able to get the job done and the quality of the work. During the job, I had a few concerns. Darren's team was able to address everything effectively. That's what you want to see in a company.

Exterior Options did an amazing job building our new front cedar deck! They also did some new cedar shutters that tie in great with the deck and did some repairs on our back deck as well. We are so happy with the job they did and they were very professional and always responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns we had. We get so many compliments on the work they did. We will definitely use them again in the future!

My home had roof damage due to a severe windstorm. I took a chance and contacted Darren and was SO glad I did! He was very responsive and I felt he had my best interest in mind. Being that I live in another state, he offered to meet my insurance adjuster and has been working to get the most out of the claim. Darren and his team completed roofing and gutters within a few days. I highly recommend Exterior Options for any home repairs/work.

When I first put up the review they wouldn't let me type anything just submitted star LOL but if you're not an operator of heavy equipment better get used to being called the labor quite

He swerved to try to hit my car… cursed at me relentlessly threatened me physically and when I told him he probably shouldn’t behave like that driving in a company car he cursed at me more and told me he didn’t care to go ahead and call them they would back him up any day

We purchased a home that was painted by this company at the demand of the listing agent, Carrie Christensen with Berkshire Hathaway. This home was built in 1920 and is assumed to have lead based paint particles. Carrie told our agent that the painters would lay tarp to catch the paint chips. When we did a final tour, the listing agent stated she would bring a shop vac to clean up the paint chips as they are everywhere on our property and the neighbors property. After she picked up her sign we noticed the paint debris was still there. I attempted to contact the company that painted and they originally tried to say they didn’t know what house we are talking about. Then they said all the paint chips were already there, when I said we had photos to prove otherwise he then said he does not clean up after his jobs and it costs extra. I discussed the lead based paint concern as it could impact our children and dogs. The contractor said he did not care and we need to contact the listing agent that gave him the job. The listing agent knowingly and willingly left the paint chips on the property knowing there are children at the residence now.

***edit as I cannot respond to the comment left by the company. I was polite and kind considering how I was being spoken to. You said the exact words I quoted as well as “you need to call the sellers or agent because I didn’t make a deal with you”. Please make an effort to answer my phone call and clean up after the job.

I hired NMG Contracting for a home renovation in Omaha, NE, and the experience exceeded expectations. The team communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered quality craftsmanship. Highly recommend this general contractor.

Thanks for your reponse NMG but accurate representation is important. After conversations with Jeff and Jose, they are unable and unskilled at performing the needed repairs they have promised below. They demoed the bathroom for the 2nd time, exposing the cracking isn't a materials problem but a quality of work issue. Trim that was used as support behind a wall, and exposed electrical wires in the wall behind the mirror. They also exposed covered mold from an old leak and did not let me know initially the damage behind the shower wall. After the demo there was a verbal agreement they would supply the materials for the bathroom rebuild, and I would hire a more skilled contractor to complete the bathroom. They were supposed to make repairs to the deck for a 3rd time. They cited poor subcontractors and cash flow issues....however always say how busy they are and projects they have going on. Numerous attempts have been made to contact them with no response. I am now left with a demoed bathroom for over 2 weeks and materials that are needed for it to be reinstalled. They do not have an active contractor license and misrepresent themselves as "pros" with Floor and Decor when they only have a contractor account. HIRE WITH CAUTION!---updated photos added after the 2nd demo and "repairs" that were made to the deck.

Price was reasonable and able to start projects promptly. Quality of work was fair to poor. Tile have cracked after installation, tile spacers were not used in the installation resulting in uneven alignment, grout was missing. Construction materials for the deck were left in the yard for over a month resulting in dead grass that wasn't repaired. Deck railing replacement was done poorly and is already loose. Attempts to contact Jose have resulted in no response. When changes in the initial estimate were made during the project, additional charges were added. If you go with this company, make sure to pay close attention to your billing and project for quality as they go.
