The team at Craig Tuttle Construction did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at the price they said they would do it. The project manager always seemed to be on the job and at the end of each week gave us a detailed update on what had been done that week and what was scheduled for the coming week. They were pleasant and professional. Easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Craig Tuttle himself, and his company, was a pleasure to work with, and very comforting given that this was my husband's and my first big remodel. They helped us to define our vision for our kitchen while providing expert guidance, kept us on track, and their work was of outstanding quality. They get estimates from different local subcontractors for their jobs, so you know you're getting the best possible rate. We also had some old home quirks that took some finesse, which I think others may have been less flexible about. Our kitchen turned out more beautiful than we had even hoped for and we're very glad to have worked with this company!

We loved working with Craig. We went through a prior designer and 2 other contractors before Craig. (all fell through and the project never got past the planning stage). It was our first time doing a home remodel. The other contractors were very vague about cost and timeline. Craig appropriately sets up your expectations and is always real with you. He's not only a contractor but has great design ideas; he has a vision to make your space beautiful, functional, and cost effective. The planning process with Craig is long but completely worth it. He tries to iron out every detail before it starts so there are as little surprises as possible. Our project manager was Adam and he was equally great. Craig has high expectations for all of his workers. Craig's attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before and I work with a fair amount of Type A personalities on a regular basis. He did our basement, 2 lower level bedrooms, and a bathroom. We already have our upper level planned out and cannot wait to get started on Phase II with Craig! The timeline and budget were just as expected. (Also, we lived through the reno, and they are very clean)

I am a very satisfied customer of Craig Tuttle Construction! I have hired CTC for three different projects. The first was an extensive remodel on our 1960 home. I was nervous going into the project because of the remodel horror stories I have heard over the years. I am delighted that our story had a happy ending. The project was done on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. I was further delighted that the crew was personable and kept me up to date on the project. When an obstacle was found (which is often with a remodel) Craig and his team worked collaboratively with me to find a solution that worked for all of us. I was informed on any change that would impact cost or timing and was given the choice on how to proceed. Overall, I felt like we were working in partnership on the project with the same objectives in mind. It was such a positive experience that I hired Craig and his team for a project at my office. Again, the project went smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. My third project involved changing the storage area of my basement. Craig came up with a solution that I hadn’t thought of and the outcome was better than I had hoped. I value the expertise and craftsmanship provided by CTC as well as the personal approach to problem solving. I trust Craig Tuttle Construction with my home and highly recommend their services!

We used Craig Tuttle Construction for a renovation of our home in 2018. We utilized the services of an architect in the project that included the conversion of bedrooms to a kitchen/eating areas, the replacement of numerous windows, walls and floors and upgrades to electrical and a/c infrastructure.
The project was completed on budget and effectively on time. Craig’s team were a delight to work with, combining great workmanship and attention to detail with a friendly but professional manner, they were a pleasure to have in our home.

Craig was wonderful to work with. He was very consultative and quick to give suggestions and feedback on every aspect of the project. Due to the nature of the project, we began with the outside and basement while living upstairs and we moved downstairs while the upper level began. Craig helped redesign the upper floor plan to better utilize the available space and the finished project is stunningly beautiful. His invoicing was easy to follow and was accurate.

Craig has several long-term employees including Superintendents which should absolutely be part of anyone’s decision on who to partner with. We were blessed to have Jason Thomas supervise our 16-month project. Jason was so easy to work with. Highly responsible, smart and professional. He genuinely cared about the smallest details and was always responsive night or day and still is when we need anything addressed. His follow up in taking care of the small things was very important to us. He became an extended part of our family and we consider him a friend. Additionally, though Craig himself is very busy, there is never an unanswered email or call.

Having an entire renovation done while living in the home is a challenge and can be a bit stressful, however Craig Tuttle took every effort to accommodate our needs and minimize the “pain” of construction.

this was our second major renovation project with Craig Tuttle Construction (1st one was 12 years ago), and I cannot state emphatically enough that you cannot do better than this company. I was very impressed 12 years ago, and the company has only gotten better. All of his employees are top notch, attentive to concerns, are creative in tough situations, and keep their word. Our house is better because of him. Craig is also a pleasure to work with and has a good sense of humor. They know the restoration business and I wouldn't trust anyone to touch my house besides his company.

Craig Tuttle Construction took excellent care of us and our home. We remodeled our kitchen and entire first floor - we are extremely pleased with how our project turned out. We lived in our home during the remodel and each and every day, the crew from CTC cleaned up the job site. They were respectful of both our home and our family. Craig and his team did a great job with our outside patio remodel. He stepped in and performed the work when we were no longer able to use our original contractor. The work was completed as scheduled. Craig was readaly available to answer any questions or concerns we had with the project, however that wasn't necessary as the project manager was immediately available in person or by text. The rest of his team and the subs were professional and respectful of our home. I would definitely use Craig Tuttle construction again.

In my experience he chooses only project supervisors that share his same expectations for the work the contractors do. Craig chooses only the best contractors, and then holds them to their bid and their word. Because if Craig's high expectations, the work is always done well and on time. Our first floor remodel was amazing in quality and construction. I also must mention that service and support after the work comes with the job. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Craig Tuttle Construction is the opposite of a "build it and forget it" company. They simply do the best work.

The team laid out a construction plan that was followed carefully, and any changes were clear and well communicated. The subcontractors were also professional and, equally important, on time.
