Craig Tuttle Construction did a total remodel for us several years ago. We loved working with Craig and his crew. Everyone associated with Tuttle Construction is top notch. They show up on time, make sure the job is done right and to the highest quality standards. We have used Craig and his guys over the last several years for routine maintenance on our home as well as some updating. We have had only positive experiences with each and every project! We highly recommend!

We've had excellent experiences with Craig Tuttle Construction for our large and small home renovation projects. Craig and his team are transparent with pricing, honest about scope of work to be done, and knowledgeable about design and infrastructure options (especially in century-old homes like ours).

However, the thing I believe sets the company apart is their project managers. It's incredibly comforting to be able to put our trust in a daily manager that will follow-up on the quality of the sub-contractors, organize design decisions, and provide comprehensive updates and assessments along the way.

We have used Craig and his team for several projects, including a remodel of half our house, including the kitchen. The age of our house made modifications challenging, but CTC did a wonderful job working with us to design and complete the project. We could not be more happy with the results. We used Craig Tuttle for extensive home repairs after the July 2024 wind storm. Like a lot of homeowners, it took months to receive what we were due from our insurance company. Craig Tuttle's team helped us navigate what was a very painful process with our insurance company. Finally, nearly a full year after the storm we were able to get started. In addition to repairs, we also had additional windows replaced and additional exterior repair and paint done. Throughout the process there was clear communication, documentation and they were quick to resolve the few minor issues that arose. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, professional service.

After interviewing 4 options, we hired Craig Tuttle Construction to build our timber frame hybrid house. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Craig and his crew. The timber frame portion of the house required some specific techniques that they were able to adapt to with ease. I had a very firm budget and they worked with me to creatively value engineer the project and kept me informed of cost saving options throughout the process. They did a great job of communicating on progress, decisions that needed to be made and the overall timeline. This was especially appreciated considering that this was my first experience with a new construction project and that I lived out of state. The project was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget. Though I assume we were a much smaller project than what they normally take on, Craig Tuttle Construction treated our project like it was their top priority.

We loved working with Craig Tuttle. Rapport with him and his team was fast and easy as everyone was very respectful and kind to our dog and kids underfoot. Joe, who managed our project was super attentive to detail and very well organized; I never felt like there was downtime in our project. Everything turned out beautifully and of high quality with no cut corners. We will work with them on future projects, no question.

All we wanted to do was paint the exterior of our house. But our painting contractor uncovered some hail damage, which had caused significant water-related structural damage, which is why we hired Craig Tuttle Construction. Craig's crew worked in and on our home five days a week, for 5½ months! During that time they removed the stucco siding from our house, repaired the water-related structural damage, replaced the windows and doors, removed the old roof, and installed a new hail resistant roof, added new gutters, and finished it off with real sandstone and cedar shingles! We invested over $500,000 in the finished project and saw our house completely transformed into something spectacular! During those 5½ months, Craig's crew became like family. We trusted them so much we left them keys and went on a two-week vacation. Your employee in the white Chevy with plates VER 307 coming from Bellevue needs to learn to drive. Was driving erratically through traffic while cutting back and fourth without using their blinker. If they don’t care about how their employees represent themselves imagine the quality of their work!

Matt and his crew at MCL exceeded our expectations during the buildout at Let it Fly.
