I have always been pretty picky with my lawn appearance. Have done it myself for 60 years. After trying several lawn care companies when I decided to have it fertilized and weed controlled, with RJ. He’s my man. Want him back again and again. Sun has great products and a terrific Spring and Fall cleanup program.

Been a loyal customer for 16 years and when I asked them to send out a technician 2 weeks after my yearly startup they are charging me a service fee. I specifically said that due to the close timeframe of my startup that I shouldn’t be charged I was told okay, but now are backtracking. I am paying the fee and because I am an honest person and the cost means nothing to me, it’s the consideration that is causing this horrible review. Stay away from this company due to lack of professionalism in taking care of their loyal customers.

Nature’s Helper are the best! They’ve been our go-to for all sprinkler system issues for years now. Reasonable rates and prompt, reliable service. Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with the sprinkler system Nature's Helper installed on my property. I met with several companies before making a final decision. Nature's Helper had the best design at a reasonable price. The install went smoothly with minimal disruption to my landscape and yard. Howard, the owner, met with me upon completion to ensure everything met his expectation as well as to explain how to run the control box. During that meeting, Howard saw something he wasn't completely happy with. As a result, he will be sending out a crew to make adjustments by adding additional heads to a small section of yard. The fact that he wanted to fix something that I didn't even know was a issue at no additional cost really speaks volumes about the business they run.

Everyone at this company is very customer responsive and dedicated to providing a quality sprinkler system. After only one week, my lawn is looking better than it has in the past four years. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new sprinkler system.

I had an irrigation line brake and was impressed with the quick response I received from Nature's Helper. Joe was able to get things up and running quickly. I am very pleased with the service and the work performed.

Nature's Helper great local sprinkler company. They installed sprinkler system and did awesome. They reasonable price and their employees do great work. They also do great maintenance work and repair. Howard the owner is very nice. What impressed me was that they try to get the same worker bc they know your yard. Rocky one of their workers knows our yard so well and does great job. Nice to have that continuity. The ladies on phones for scheduling are great too. They actually got me on a cancellation list, followed through, and called back on get me in when they were full

Installed 11 new zone regulators, and I watched them kick them in place with their feet. Used system for a month and then had blown down for the winter. Start up system in April of 2022 Zone 6 developed a leak and had dirt in the regulator which caused the valve to leak water continuously, "BECAUSE OF THE DIRT IN IT". Called them out to fix and they said that they would be back in a couple days. 2 days later they sent me a bill for $75.00 for looking at my system and then told me they would not fix until the bill was pay. $2200.00 and they don't even give a 90-day usage warrantee. And of course it wasn’t used during the winter "HELL-YEAH ," I WILL CALL THEM BACK . ONLY IF I CAN WATER IN THE WINTER.

I have been using Nature's Helper for a few years for fall winterizations and spring start ups. They do a great job identifying and promptly fixing any issues that show up during the initial Spring start up and have reasonable prices for their sprinkler service plans. Their express winterizations are always easy since they can complete it without you being home if you shut off the water and open the drain ahead of time. I would recommend them for any sprinkler system work in the Omaha area.

Joshua - the technician solved 3 unique problems with my irrigation system. One zone was cut by the aeration contractor, a second problem was a line under my front sidewalk was cut by a concrete saw making sidewalk repairs and the third location was under the front walk where an irrigation line was pierced and filled with grout to raised a sidewalk slab. Joshua was dedicated to find and fix each zone not functioning. He did excellent work and stayed focused on quickly solving the issues, two of which were not easy to locate. I strongly recommend Nature's Helper to solve any lawn irrigation issues. Bob Taylor

Top notch company with excellent customer service! They analyzed my backyard and determined that it would be better served if a couple of extra sprinkler heads were added. The work was done quickly and professionally. I am so happy with their service!

First time home owner and underground sprinkler user! Had a really good experience winterizing and then getting a system check this spring for start up. Joe had a lot of really great advice and information to keep my aging system working and what to do if any issues were to arise!

I would not recommend them to anyone: they over charge me. They sent out two technicians, they only needed one. They should advise customers that , you will be charge for two technicians. And one technician was in training. Essentially I was paying for his training..
The technicians only stayed for one hr. Also the technician lied about the time frame..They were were 30 minutes: I had to pay for the trainee, I pay double. Ensure you ask how many technicians are coming out for repair when you call Nature Helper. They should provide a contract. Nature Helper took a vantage, rip me off.

Great Job!! Our tech was amazing, made changes to our system for better pressure and coverage. We have used this company before and are very happy with them. Would highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience having sprinkler repairs done in our front yard as well as some urgent repairs to our outdoor water pipes that serve the sprinkler system. Marcel went above and beyond in ensuring our repairs were done safe and correctly. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient during the entire appointment and even took the time to describe how to properly operate our sprinkler system and make changes to the automated schedule. Great experience.

Highly recommend Natures Helper. They completed a large job of in ground sprinklers on my acreage. All employees were so polite and hard workers. The suggestions made such as adding a retractable hose bib (spigot) out by my garden is the most awesome thing ever that I would have never thought of. Thank you so much.

Great experience with Natures Helper. Howard gave me a detailed overview on what to expect with the installation and the team kept me constantly up to date on when they would be there for the various phases of the installation. Tech that installed the controller gave me a full rundown on using the system (physical box and remote app) and it's running with zero issues.

I shopped multiple vendors before choosing Natures Choice and glad I went with them.

My only regret is not doing this a couple years ago.
