We have had many very positive experiences with Natures helper in regards to our sprinklers. Our system is very old, and throughout the years, they have done repairs and replacements to help extend the life of this aging system. Most recently, they did a same day service call to help start up the system, which I was certain was the end of it. The technician was on time, and even replaced the backflow as it was clearly in need of replacing, all in a very timely manor! My husband and I were very thankful, as we are just awaiting the news that we need a whole new system. GREAT customer service! We will continue to use Natures helpers, even if we need to have a new system installed!

I have had Nature's Helper do my sprinkler work for many years - they installed it and maintain it. Their service is flawless. They are always punctual, respond to calls and emails immediately. They explain any proposals and costs in a practical and reasonable manner. They always are professional and friendly. Could not ask for more in the way of price, product, process and professional, friendly service.

Very customer friendly and communicative throughout the process. Let us know our options and explained the pros and cons of each. Hit the window of time provided and called ahead when they were 15-20 minutes out to give us a heads up. Polite and friendly to deal with. Completed the job on time and provided a quality product. We highly recommend Nature's Helper and will continue to use their services in the future.

Nature’s Helper has serviced my sprinkler system for almost its entire 40 year existence. We tried another service provider and quickly went back to Nature’s Helper. My recent experience involved an extensive rebuild of several key components of the system. Joe arrived promptly on the morning of the appointment and worked efficiently to complete the project in record time. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed during the process. Even including two additional issues that needed repair, the project was completed under the estimated cost. Thank you Nature’s Helper for exceptional service!

Nature’s Helper has been our sprinkler company for years and even installed our system. We’ve recently had them out to help us prep an auto-fill for our new water feature and they did a fabulous job. Diego also came out and laid some new drip line to new landscaping and readjusted many of our backyard sprinkler heads to accommodate our new layout in the backyard. He fixed existing drip line that had become broken during our project. He was so kind and patient with us making these adjustments. Also, Nature’s Helper has been great with accommodating this backyard project. There were some delays and they were able to adjust their schedule to match up to different stages of the project. This gave us peace of mind and made it easy to finish our project so we could just enjoy it. I would highly recommend Nature’s Helper!

Update --- In response to the reply. If you would have liked to discuss with me, you had MANY opportunities so that is a lie. I have videos and I have a recorded call that show that I called the company to have them stop AFTER the young man adamantly refused & disrespected me at least 7 times! Had he LEFT my property when asked, there wouldn't be any issue. For 5 years I didn't even KNOW until that month that my "neighbor" had been the one calling in false reports until the City told me of the false report record by him. Furthermore he doesn't even live there, his mother & sister do. So it was not a FEUD for 5 years, as I had ZERO part or awareness of his guilt until that month. I do not need a disrespectful company to victim shame me or anyone else just to try to cover up their own wrong doing. I am sorry your client is a psycho but that is not my issue nor is he my neighbor actually. I simply needed the harassing hypocrite to follow the rules for once. Nature's Helper were unprofessional in their behaviors that is why the review is posted. I am willing to upload the videos and the recorded call to the company w/YouTube link on this post so that others can make their own decisions. Nature's Helper did not even knock on my door before digging into my yard. They are correct that a permit is not needed to MOVE sprinkler heads, however, the neighbor never got one for the INSTALL and the City REQUIRED that he do that as it is law and they installed incorrectly. I would not have cared had they not been put on my property and by a harasser, not neighbor. I required that I SEE the permit before work was done, as is my right, since they previously didn't know the laws and INSTALLED on MY PROPERTY. The company should have stopped trespassing as soon as they were asked to LEAVE however they refused. The City also told the installer a permit WAS needed. He heard it himself.................My neighbor installed their sprinklers on our property without us knowing. During a project we have going, we unknowingly ran over the sprinkler heads (on OUR property). The City demanded that the neighbor get a permit, move their sprinklers off our property and apply the setback of 12" from the property line. That neighbor called this company, Nature's Helpers. This young man came out, started digging up my yard without the permit. I let him know, until the permit that the CITY demanded is purchased, there will be no digging on my property. The snot nose brat of a little kid demanded that a permit wasn't needed. I have him on video saying that "this imaginary permit does not exists." He refused to leave the property he refused to give his name. He mocked, laughed and acted so unprofessionally. He also stated that they didn't have to do a set back either. I called the City and Ryan at the City P&I let this kid know (on speaker phone) that they DID need a permit. I called his company and tried to let them know the situation. The lady on the phone was disgustingly rude, not professional AT ALL. She also demanded that they don't need permits for sprinklers and that I wasn't the client and so she didn't care what I had to say. She was demanding my name so I gave it to her. I informed her that the City was already aware of the situation so PLEASE CALL them. She was mocking, unprofessional and said with a condescending tone, it's too bad you can't get along with your neighbor as if to indicate that it was my fault. I informed her that that neighbor wandered into my back yard drunk, asked me out and since I turned him down, he has been harassing me for at least 5 years because of it. I shouldn't have to explain any of that to any company. She had a very narcissistic attitude. You tell someone to get off your property until they have a permit, they should LEAVE. She continued to be nasty and I informed her that the call was being recorded. (NE is a one party state. It is legal!) Then she very quickly wanted off the phone. I would not trust this company to do anything. They certainly did not care about showing the most minimal amount of respect.

I would highly recommend Nature's Helper. They installed a new sprinkler system that was kind of tricky with all the different garden's I had. After install I noticed a couple spots that weren't hitting where I thought they should and they were out within a few hours to correct. I would highly recommend. From start to finish they were very detail oriented and happy to correct anything that wasn't exactly as I thought they should be and answer any questions I had.

This is what their "training" tought them to do.
The sprinkler heads have not been adjusted by anyone (I don't even know how to do it if I wanted to) but this company since they were replaced by this company!

Heads are tilted after installation by this company, the wrong angle sprayer was left in most of the heads and the parts were used heads that he took from another job.
So not even new parts like I paid for.

All round, not good people to deal with, service is mediocre at best, employees cuss without concern of professionalism, employees lie about customers, management tells customers the problem is their/our fault.

Would NEVER recommend nature's helper for ANY service EVER!

It can be seen in the pictures how bad of a job they do with sprinkler system setup!
If you want your yard looking good, this is NOT the company you want to hire!!!

UPDATE.
In response to what nature's helper said.
My system has been running 2 times a day every day of the week all season long.
One at 530am and once at 730pm, again, everyday of the week

They simply don't want to admit that they are at fault but that is very common with this company and their techs.

They installed the heads, not the system but that doesn't matter because the problem is with the coverage of the heads that they put in and didn't setup properly to cover the whole area.

This is the very clear result of poor setup of sprinkler coverage and they know it and the pictures prove it.

The green in the pictures is being cut on the highest setting on my lawnmower because it's so long in those spots.
The problem is not with the heat, nor the amount of watering, it is with the installation and setup of the heads done by nature's helper, plain and simple.

The ever present lack of accountability of this company is amazing..

We received quotes from several landscaping companies and by far Shurlawn was the most fair, reasonable and professional. They did an absolute fantastic job and our backyard looks amazing! Colby and his crew are simply the best!

I called to get information about services and Bryan provided THEE best customer service!!! He was very knowledgeable, provided service information and options for me to choose from. When they did come to mow, I was very pleased by the work that was done!!!!
