I've been using Nature’s Helper for many years now. They have been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable for all my sprinkler needs. You stick with quality, and the many years with them should say enough.

My mom had natures helper come to help her out with a broken sprinkler head. The young man who came was very professional and kind. He texted his arrival time so Mom knew exactly when to expect him. He was knowledgeable about the hunter system she has. He evaluated each sprinkler head and talked through some details of repairs as well as how to change the schedule of when to water. He explained where the zones are and adjusted some of the heads. My mom will recommend this company and plans to continue with their service. She received a detailed invoice and will make decisions as needed.

We had a new manifold with valves installed to replace an obsolete one. Josh did a great job! Nature’s Helper is the only place we call and we have been a customer over for over 13 years now.

Tech Jordan/Raphael(?) was on time, did the needed repairs quickly and offered solutions for improving the coverage near our front step and foundation. We’ve used Nature’s Helper many times and they have never disappointed. We will use them for years to come.

We recently moved to a home with underground sprinklers for the first time. Nature's Helper has been not only great with the service and maintenance of the system, but also with educating us throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Scheduling and service were both excellent (as usual)!! Joe was extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing, if he identified any issues, and if there was any cost related to fixing those issues. Also, he noticed on one of our bushes we had bagworms, let me know and provided a recommendation on how to get rid of them! as I mentioned, terrific all around - thanks!!

I have been associated with Nature's Helper for a number of years, at multiple addresses, and have always received excellent service from the technicians that visit to winterize or turn on my sprinkler system. This year, Andrew arrived as scheduled on April 18th to activate my sprinkler system and apprised me of a number of issues that needed to be addressed. I authorized the replacement of a test port on the backflow preventer, four rotors and spray heads, and spray nozzles. Andrew effected the repairs efficiently and retested my system and it is, once again, in excellent working condition. I received fantastic service and highly recommend Nature's Helper to anyone in need of service with their sprinkler system.

We employed Nature's Helper to install our sprinkler system way back in 2008 so it's 26 years old with same company. I thought they presented their product and service the most professionally which got them the nod. It has been performing satisfactorily ever since.

Josh did great work starting up our sprinklers! He fixed several leaks in the drip line and installed new parts in the back flow. I've been using Nature's Helper for years and I'm very happy eith their service.

Always so responsive. Show up when they say they will, complete the job and check on other heads and coverage. Able to complete any repairs that same visit. The office staff is really good at scheduling, billing and staying on top of our service. Highly recommend Nature's Helper.

I cannot say enough great things about this business and Howard specifically! They put my sprinkler system in about 8-9 years ago and did a wonderful job. I have used them for turn/on off service even beyond my warranty expiration.

I recently had a breach in one line and Howard was able to quickly figure out where it is and I will be getting that fixed by them ASAP. And to be clear, the breach was due to mud jacking a sidewalk and the fault of NH.

If you need a new sprinkler system and/or maintenance/repairs, THIS is the company to use. They are customer focused and provide top notch professional service. I’d give them 100 stars if I could.

I had my System turned on earlier this week, the TECH noticed I had cracks in the Back Flow Value. He reached out got a guote for parts & labor. This price was reasonable. The TECH completed the job timely. The system is now working without leaks,. TECH was on time, professional. Let me know exactly what was going to be done so there was NO surprises. I have been with this company for years and never had any issues. I would recommend using them company both for Watering & Fertilizer services.

I have used Nature’s Helper for sprinkler turn on service, turn off service, and line replacement/updates when we remodeled our backyard. They are so fantastic to work with! Helpful office, helpful and knowledgeable technicians, and they have always provided excellent advice (such as what should I do now, what service can I wait to complete, what to expect the next few years from my sprinkler heads…etc.). Fair prices and excellent experience overall - I highly recommend!

I have used Nature’s Helper since I’ve moved into our house. They have always provided quality service at a reasonable price. This week I had my sprinklers turned back on and the technician noticed one of my zones was not functioning as it should. He had a quote and replaced the part in a reasonable amount of time. We have used Nature's Helper to winterize our sprinkler system for years and have always had great service.
We recently reached out to have our sprinklers adjusted and moved to accommodate changes to our landscaping beds. They were quick to schedule, assess our needs, get utilities marked, and complete the work. Chris was helpful in suggesting what would work best for our landscaping and lawn watering needs.
