Quick and efficient scoopers every week!! On time and communicate well!! Scoop the whole yard including landscape rock beds since my dogs decided they must go in the rocks. THEY NEVER MISS A TURD!!!! 💩

I had dog waste removal 2x/week. One person (Jake) was THE BEST! The other person was not so great. If it had just been Jake, they’d get a 5 all day long. But he was only half the equation. Jake is a FANTASTIC representative of Monarch! He needs to be cloned!

Professional, reliable and they give me a call each time before arrival so I can make sure my dogs are in. My interaction with both Mark and everyone at the office has been wonderful. Would highly recommend!

My guy is great. We have 2 different kinds of fencing and we have real grass and artificial turf and also a 6 foot tall retaining wall My 2 black labs just go wherever they want and it’s cleaned up every time everywhere

I am especially appreciative of the text they send 10 minutes before they show up. I don't have to worry about keeping an eye out for them whenever my dogs are outside. Also they have never left my gate open! That is huge to me! I can't tell you how many other workmen have left the gate open even though it has a sign on it asking for it to be kept closed.
