Monarch always does a great job! Appreciate that they will also clear off the upstairs patio where our elderly dog sometimes goes when it’s cold and snowy, as he cannot go up or down the deck stairs.

Great service! Same gentleman stops each week, always closes and locks the gate upon entry and when he leaves. He always takes a minute to pet my dog, fantastic experience for both my dog and my backyard!

This company is amazing! They are there through any weather - our dog has gone in the neighbors yard - I let them know and no problem- picked up everything! Always communicate holidays they are not coming, but come the next day- friendly and respond quickly to any questions or concerns- they go above and beyond if I could give 10 stars I would!

I have been using Monarch K-9 Waste Removal since adopting a puppy mill survivor 4 years ago. Three years ago I adopted a second dog. They do an EXCELLENT job and I have zero complaints. I like it that I get an automatic text telling me when the Tech will arrive. 💛 That way I can ensure my dogs are inside.

Always prompt and greeted communicating if they’re not able to get out on any given day due to weather or holidays. Never used to use a pick up service until moving into my current residence two years ago and I would never look back. It is the absolute best service you can invest in.

Monarch K-9 Waste Removal has serviced my yard for about six months now & I have never had any issues. I work from home so having a text letting me know the tech is on the way is incredibly helpful. The tech is patient if I have to bring my dogs in and always locks the gate behind him when he leaves. The peace of mind that gives me is priceless.

We have used Monarch K9 for several years now and have recommended them to many.
They used to leave "doggy" treats when they completed the weekly cleanup, but have stopped doing that. Their workers are respectful and make sure the yard stays secure upon the completion of their pickups.

We have a small yard, and unfortunately there are consistently times that "piles" are missed, but overall they do a great job, for the cost.

I love receiving alerts that monarch service will be starting in 10 mins and also the alert of when they are finished. My yard is very clean. They do a great job!

Very prompt and will let you know of any changes usually a couple days in advance. I have had them for years. The people are wonderful and even want your dog to get used to them in case they enter your yard when the pet is outside! Great service!!!

I've had Monarch for a few months now and they've been great. It's nice that I get a warning when they are on their way since I have a dog door that I need to close before they arrive. They've ALWAYS made sure the gate is secure which is a pain because our latch is a bit broken so it takes manual control to make sure it is latched correctly. I would recommend this company to everybody.

We have been using Monarch K-9 for years. They do a great job of cleaning up our yard. Our Bullmastiff loves to poo in the landscaping and Monarch finds it every time. 5 stars. Highly recommend for pet parents who dont have the time to clean your yard.

Monarch K9 is the BEST! I am so glad I went with their services and will continue to do so. Working nights, it was hard to come home and de-poop the yard when it was dark. Now no worries, it is done every week and the cost is minimal compared to the frustration. I highly recommend their services.

We are so happy with the service. The dogs had to be outside due to a home health visit and monarch came while they were back there. They were scared at all and the dogs loved them! Our boys are big dogs but he wasn't afraid. Very friendly with them and they made a new friend. We're thankful for the hard work that they do in such a short time. Quick, efficient, and friendly.
