Cage was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to Lanoha Nurseries. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave great advice on plant choices for my yard, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the plants and the customers. Highly recommend asking for Cage if you stop by!

The folks at Lanohas are hands down the best. Whether or not i stop in for a chat or have very specific questions there is someone with the knowledge and skill to help me! The front end cashiers and customer service young people they have are a fantastic group as well.

Id highly recommend stopping and talking with Helen, usually found at the front desk, a depth of knowledge that is astounding and the kind of personality you just want to be around and experience... stop in and talk with her... if you want a custom built planter for your home seeing Cathrine is a must as well.. happy planting!

It was beautiful and the plants are fairly prices and they have a wide variety of plants. I loved it. There’s also a garden kitty.

Lovely. Beautiful annuals, large variety of perennials, healthy houseplants and trees, shrubs, and ground covers. The associate's are helpful and knowledgeable. Checking out is a breeze, plenty of open registers....no waiting in line either ...a wonderful experience....I highly recommend Lanoha Nurseries.

Make sure to keep your receipts if a tree dies in the first year. They won’t accept the tags from the tree and a credit statement that shows the amount paid and date of purchase. In other words, they don’t stand behind the trees they sell unless you have the receipt. Nothing else is accepted and they aren’t even willing to work with a customer. Policy is policy. The last thing I expected from a reputable nursery and paying a premium price was the tree to die and poor customer service as a result.

Love. Love this place. Went broke &looked at everything outside. Such a selection! I was looking at all of their various hostas for myself.i looked for Mums (variety bucket) and plants/grass to go around the pond for my friend, Jon. So much better For me do walk in broke and just take it all in.. And then come back with my budget,
And have a plan.😁😁😆😅I usually still grab a few impulse buys also tho🤭

Such an awesome place! They have a HUGE selection of plants and just as many beautiful pots to choose from. Whether you’re a beginner or a plant lover, there’s something for everyone. Everything is healthy, well cared for, and displayed so nicely. Definitely one of my go-to spots for all things plants!

Best garden center in the midwest! I love the staff, the selection, and all of the seasonal colors!!! One of the greatest things about this store is the fact that almost everything is grown local. They have a massive tree farm, enormous mature trees, a huge perennial / shrub selection, and so much more. The greenhouse is filled with house plants, annuals, veggies, and tropical plants. The garden center has many different planters to choose from, decor, and all of your garden fertilizer needs. A+ company!!!

Lanoha Nurseries is a beautiful, clean and organized place with excellent customer service. They helped us find the plants I was specifically looking for and even offered to order the ones that were off season. I’ve read reviews that the prices are high, but I price match with others stores and their prices are very affordable. I recommend these place 100%

I bought a tree from here, and 1 week later, they came and planted it in my backyard. I was told we would get a text or call beforehand, but that didn't happen. I was home, so I guess it worked out. There were 4 people, and everyone was quick and efficient at their role. Probably in and out in less than 25 minutes! They cleaned up after themselves, too, which I greatly appreciated.

We’ve been Lanoha customers since moving to Elkhorn a few years ago and have now purchased over 50 trees from them—and counting. From ornamental flowers and shrubs to landscaping supplies, indoor decor, and our favorite: trees, Lanoha has it all and their selection is great. Their grounds are so expansive it feels like a field trip every time we go. Our five-year-old loves exploring the property and searching for Fab, the resident cat. You can even bring your dog to walk around with you. Sometimes we stumble upon the wild turkeys who wander the grounds.

Everyone we’ve worked with in tree sales has been exceptional—including (but not limited to) Kyanne, Eija, Steve, Madalyn, Kristin, and Zach. Their knowledge and patience make the whole experience easy and fun. At checkout, Sela and the front staff are always friendly and efficient. And when it comes to installation, Zachariah and his team are professional, courteous, and meticulous. Coordinating it all is Helen, who is nothing short of amazing. She’s responsive, thoughtful, and truly stands behind the trees they sell—if something isn’t thriving, she’ll help troubleshoot or replace it if needed.

Prices are good, especially considering the quality and service you get. A lot of the ball and burlap trees have a planting fee included in the price. We’re grateful to have a place like this in Omaha. Highly recommend.

Lanoha’s is honestly one of my favorite places on Earth! I am a houseplant girl and walk through almost weekly to see what they have. Even though I have a LARGE collection and tell myself I’m going just to “look”, I always end up leaving with something because they have such a vast variety!

Their staff is always so friendly and smile when you walk by. They have the cutest pots and a plethora of outdoor plants for landscaping. If you have any love for nature, simply being there will give you a boost of serotonin :)

Just a heads up ... caution for potential tree buyers!
About 2 years ago, I purchased and had planted 3 trees and 3 (8)ft. evergreens. One of the evergreens did not make it and had to be replaced. When purchased, I was told that there was a 2 year warranty. Sounded great to me until I had to pay about $400 just to get it delivered and planted, about 20 miles away. I picked out and had tagged a replacement evergreen, a really nice full filled out evergreen. Trusting Lanoha, my big mistake, I did not inspect the replacement tree until after they had left. It was not the evergreen that I had picked out. It was very thin branched scrub looking tree, that no longer has a warranty!
I believe that Lanoka is bassically a good company, but suggest doing your due diligence!

If you're on the hunt for a nursery that truly caters to plant lovers of all stripes especially those who adore lush indoor greens and exotic specimens, then Lanoha Nurseries in Omaha is absolutely worth a special visit.

From my recent trip there, I can confidently say it exceeded expectations in several key ways:

Spacious, eye-opening indoor tropical plant section. Beautiful collector plants in large locked cage full of surprises!

Upon stepping inside, you’re greeted by decorations for all seasons and pots the size of a VW slugbug. Just past this area you'll find a massive indoor area dedicated to tropical and houseplants. Far more expansive than what you’ll find at your typical garden center. The space is bright and airy, with high ceilings and well-lit rows of lush greenery. While I don’t have the precise square footage, everything from towering bamboo to cascading vines was present, and the “plant-wall” effect along one side of the hall was particularly impressive.

Always impressed by their quality! We’ve used Innovative Outdoors for several projects at our home in Omaha and have always been very happy with the results.

They installed a beautiful flagstone water feature in our front yard (you can see it in the photo), as well as a flagstone patio in our backyard that we love to enjoy on nice evenings. Both projects turned out great.

We also have them come back every spring for our landscaping clean-up. They refresh the mulch, clean up the edges, and help replace or add plants so everything looks neat and ready for the season.

The team is dependable and easy to work with. I would recommend Innovative Outdoors to anyone looking for landscaping or outdoor projects in the Omaha area.

We’ve worked with Bryan and the team at Innovative Outdoors several times and can’t recommend them enough. They first helped us solve a major water issue at our home in West Omaha that had gone on for a long time — even MUD couldn’t fully figure it out. Bryan and his team worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem and ultimately fixed it, saving our basement from taking on more water. Since then, we’ve continued to use them for our annual spring landscape clean-up, and most recently they updated our backyard patio, which turned out beautiful (you can see it in the photo). Great team, quality work, and people who truly care about doing the job right.

Brian and Jordon and the entire team at Innovative Outdoors are amazing. They went above and beyond during the design and implementation phases, but more importantly, a year and a half later, they continue to provide support and the highest level of customer care. My experience has been 5 star since day one and I would recommend them for any of their services. I guarantee you won’t regret it and you will have amazing results.
