We absolutely love Monarch! They set you up with text alerts so you know when they are 15 minutes out when they arrive and when they complete the job. you can even have those alerts go to multiple people. They’re super reliable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Monarch K-9 for removal of pet waste for a couple of years now. The staff is very easy to talk to, the guys that come to my house are very friendly & they have never missed a scheduled day.

They text if a change needs to be made to a different day for service, and also let you know when they are on their way.

I am very happy with their excellent service and feel their pricing is very reasonable.

I have tried other waste removers and all three times I have gone back to monarch. They are just the best!!! Never missed a pick up even with bad weather. My yard looks great after ever pick up. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your clients and our pets I have three dogs so I really appreciate it. And so do my dogs. Did I mention the price is so reasonable.

Amazing service. Friendly and knowledgeable, efficient and fast. We love knowing that our yard technician is not surprised by the reactivity of our new puppy and had her “under his thumb” on the first visit. Now she tells us when her friend is there and even though we don’t let her out too often when he’s there when she knows he is there, she grabs one of her favorite toys and sits at the back door waging her tail. Thanks for the amazing service!

I would give 5 stars. For the most part they are great and the service is reliable and good. But sometimes the company sends text that my date has been changed, only for the staff to arrive the original date. So my dog is loose and not secure since I thought they were not coming. I also never know what time they are coming. It is at 9am one time and 3pm the next. So I have to lock up my dog all day. If I had a heads up on the time my dog would not have to be restricted from yard access so much.

I attended the open house last weekend and had a wonderful experience!. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Plus the plant selection was incredible! I was able to find a gorgeous succulent to add to my collection and a new pot to plant it in that I love. I will definitely visit Lanoha again when I need to use my green thumb!

This place is insane! Omg it's huge. The place has darn near everything you could ever need. The staff is outstanding was asked many times can I help you do you need anything? Very impressive. Looking for a tree for my wife. Kinda expensive but quality is very important.

My 9 year old and I came in one day for the heavenly waffles and sat by the beautiful waterfall. It was cool that they support local business as a local business.i then found out they had an awesome kids festival in the fall and we had so much fun! So I decided I'd come back for garden help and the help and knowledge I got was beyond professional and friendly! I trust all of them for advice on my flowers and on what would look nice each time of year. As soon as Jasmin is old enough she asked if she could work at the front desk with the nice lady that gives her hugs and teaches her mom about the yard because mom has no clue what she's doing lol.

So I have to admit I did find the price for a plant I wanted to be a bit expensive compared to other places I could get the same plant. (A rainbow hedgehog cactus.) ***BUT*** I do find the pot selection here to be fantastic! (And reasonably priced.) This is the only place I could find that sold a certain type of pot that I wanted to go with a mini desert garden I wanted to make. They also have a nice shop area full of really cute home/garden decor, as well as other related things. So while I may not get my plants here, I do like to come here for other items.
(Also, keep in mind that I only looked at the one plant that I wanted to buy, so idk how their other prices are for plants.)

They make sprucing up your home easy!!

This is an incredibly beautiful nursery. The exterior and interior are exceptionally well-presented. There were bright, cheerful displays of seasonal decor, a large selection of garden and home decor, and a huge array of plants and trees. I was very impressed. This is the most beautiful and interesting nursery I’ve ever visited. An unexpected highlight was seeing several frogs jump into lily pad ponds as I was browsing the outdoor area. I will be bringing the husband and kids along next time!

Amazing collection of plants and greenery. Very friendly staff. Always a delight waking into that place. It makes you feel so calm with all the growth going on around you and it smells nice as well. I still have only seen a fraction of what this place has to offer but I plan on making many more trips. I highly recommend this place for their huge selection of quality plants.

We were extremely happy with the tree selection and outstanding service. The selection of trees is vast!

Lindsey was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the trees. She knew the potential size, growth per year, heat resistance, shape, fall colors, and overall durability. We picked out the perfect tree based on her recommendations.

She explained how they install the tree and all the steps for care.

beautiful place. the plants all look nice, everything is reasonably priced. the workers are awesome, there’s almost never a wait at the lines. and the cat that walks around the nursery is super cute 🫶

I purchased two trees to be planted at the cemetery. Sixth was the gentleman in charge and him and the two other gentleman did a very good job. Will recommend Lanaha nursery.

Had plenty of unique plants. Huge selection overall. Perennials were the average price for a garden center but the houseplants annuals and gifts were extremely overpriced. I was honestly shocked by the cost of some of the items I looked at.
The customer service was lacking. Spent nearly 2 hours in the store and one employee said hi to me, didn't ask if I needed help finding anything or if I had any questions just a simple "hi". When I did have questions the employee I spoke with was less than friendly.
Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but the prices and service will definitely make me think twice about going there in the future. I should have just made the drive to Lincoln and gone to Urban Trails.

We had an issue with a spade tree that we purchased a couple years ago. It had a disease and Lanoha honored our warranty even though we were a couple months outside of its expiration.

Zack was super helpful in helping us select the appropriate replacement tree. He is an expert in his field and very easy to work with. Upon selection of our new tree Helen was able to coordinate the removal of the old tree and install of the new tree on the same day.

We can’t say enough good things about Zack and Helen’s customer service and Lanoha as a company. They stand by their products and have friendly and expert employees.

We had a tree planted in our yard of our new home late last fall. The staff at Lanoha nurseries took every precaution to make sure our fresh sod was not disturbed as they planted the tree. They also added a top dressing of much and support straps! Many of our other neighbors did not have Lanoha plant their trees and they have ridges in their yard and sickly looking trees.

Now that we are working on landscaping for the rest of the yard we got a ton of fun plants for the yard and the selection is fantastic, the plants are all so healthy and HUGE!

Purchased six, 7'-9' evergreens and couldn't have been more pleased with the trees and the crew that planted them.

One star is too good… I went in and purchased a quaking aspen tree and was told just to call when it was time to have it planted. Had to pay upfront to reserve the tree and for the planting fee thinking that would keep the tree for me… That was first part of September… Fast forward to September 20 my 60th birthday I receive a phone call the tree is gone. They had come in and will replace it with what our stock is. Their stock is junk. They offer me a refund so now I’ve gotta spend my time looking for something else. Nobody offered a replacement of A discount Or even offer a different variety of a tree. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I had my whole backyard landscape by this company and this is how I get treated. I will never return.
