The team did an incredible job! The tree was trimmed and the yard was immaculately cleaned up.

Rooted Tree was the best tree service I have ever used. First of all, they were very professional, timely, took pictures to confirm job requested to be done, cleaned up all debris, and called/texted to assure job was satisfactory. Last of all, their charges were fair.

Rooted tree specialist was very efficient I called on Saturday about my tree getting blown over. They came on Sunday and removed it and all the de-brie. Highly recommend Amy.

Everything went great from beginning to end. Started with a discussion about tree health and trimming and got a quote for everything I needed the next day. The crew did a great job with the tree removal, trimming, and clean up. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended.

They know what they are doing and didn’t waste anytime. Started talking with me and 2 guys started putting on there climbing gear and 2 others looking and cleaning up lower branches. Turned around and the 2 were up in the tree. Had to leave, but got home and clean up was like nothing was done. Tree looks great, won’t hit the house now for couple years. They provided guidance and information on my other Birch trees, allowing me to decide how I wanted to move forward. They removed our dead trees very efficiently and were throughly clean. We had a terrific experience with Rooted Tree Specialists. There was great communication on the phone when we called for an estimate. We weren't here when they came to look at the trees but we were able to be very specific about the issues and what we wanted trimmed.

There wasn't a long wait for the trimming to happen - it was within a couple weeks. When they came they did an excellent job and asked us to come out both before and after the trees were trimmed. They cleaned everything up before they left.

It all looks great and we will definitely have them back AND recommend Rooted Tree Specialists to our friends!

Amy and Sarah have been wonderful to communicate with regarding concerns big and small and provide treatment plans I am comfortable with. The crew leaves the area spotless after treatments and trimming. We recently purchased a new home and Amy personally called me a couple of times to discuss concerns we had about trees in our new yard and provided options for treatment. Rooted did an awesome job of getting the trees downed and cleaned up in a fast and safe way. I would highly recommend them over other tree services because of their friendliness and taking the time to explain exactly what’s involved in the cleanup and such.

After a severe storm on a Saturday night caused our 10 year old tree to tip over I frantically called and left messages at as many places as I could. Thankfully Amy and her incredible team were the first to call me back on a Sunday morning.

As if Amy coming out on a Sunday wasn’t impressive enough, she was incredibly polite, explained what need to be done to remove the tree, and provided us options for the stump. She really took the time to put us at ease even though she had many more appointments after us. Within five days the tree was gone, stump ground down, and nothing but perfectly cleaned up yard was left.

Amy and team did such great work, we are hoping that we can have them come back to plant a new tree and do some landscaping as well.

Team was great, respectful of property and did a complete cleanup of any branches. My 50+ foot maple needed a lot of attention. Will be having them back.

If I had one complaint, the process took a lot longer than expected. Took 3 weeks just to get an estimate. From there, was another 3 weeks to get workers on site. This could be from the storms, companies are still backlogged.

Rooted Tree Specialists did a great job trimming a couple trees for us. Everything was easy from the evaluation, trimming, clean up, and billing. The trimmers answered my questions and were quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I found Rooted Tree Specialists in the very early morning when a nasty thunderstorm and wind event caused my tree to split and fall into my driveway. Not only were they up at that hour and taking calls, but they were at my home about 90 minutes later to start the work. Their professionalism and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations! They took care of the emergency work, cleaned everything up, and left my yard in excellent shape considering part of a large tree was all over it two hours earlier! I hired them to come back and finish taking down the rest of the tree because they were so reasonably priced and I loved the quality of their workmanship. They made the whole process seamless and easy. Communication was excellent throughout this whole time. I can’t speak highly enough this company! Hire them for your tree needs!
