Amy is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate her love of nature and wanting to save a tree, if possible, and not just want to cut down a tree for a quick fix. Amy gave my ash tree a treatment for the ash borer beetle. She also gave advice on how to care for the exposed roots due to neglect from prior homeowners. I don’t have a good “before” photo but the base of my tree had very thick weed barrier and several inches of river rock. I removed all the rock and the weed barrier and put a good quality 50-50 blend of Oma-grow and topsoil then a couple inches of mulch. Looks great now and I’m sure my tree is happy!!

The staff at Rooted is so easy to work with. We had an issue with a tree and they responded so quickly. Sarah and Amy really care about their customers. They have done other work for us and we will always call Rooted for our tree trimming and removal needs.

We have used Rooted Tree on more then one occasion and they have been amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, (helped us save a large birch tree in front yard) when trimming their clean up and service has been outstanding every time.

Amy and her team did a great job with planning, letting us know when they arrive, and executing the work. The trees looked great—balanced, healthy, just right. Clean up was fast, too. We couldn’t even tell they’d moved a leaf! We plan to use them again for fall trimming. Here is our beloved ash that had a spa day with her team. Thanks, Amy!

The Rooted Tree Specialists were incredible to work with. We had to remove an ash tree infected with borer disease, and Amy was amazing throughout the whole process. She was empathetic about us losing a tree we loved, but also knowledgeable and helped us weigh the risks. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about trees, and that really stood out.

They’re a woman-owned small business that gives so much back to the community, and I love supporting that. I even received a handwritten thank-you note afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The pricing was competitive and the team itself was insanely efficient. They showed up, got right to work, and made sure you couldn’t even tell they’d been there (aside from the missing tree lol). They were so careful with our Kentucky bluegrass, swept the lawn to make sure there wasn’t a single piece of debris left behind, and cleaned the driveway and sidewalk until everything looked perfect.

I had an emergency tree situation where my branch cracked and was about to fall on my roof. Rooted Tree got there same day and were wonderful. They handled the removal professionally, pleasantly and quickly then cleaned up very well afterwards. I am 100% satisfied with their work and expertise and will be using them again. Thank you!!!!

They took care of our red sunset maple and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything very well and our tree looks fantastic. They were very friendly, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. We even received recommendations for types of trees to plant in our front yard. Overall, we could not be happier with the service performed!

This crew was amazing. They worked quickly, yet safely and professionally. Communication was super easy - I was kept in the loop with everything. Owner came out afterwards to make sure clean up and the job was to satisfaction. I will absolutely be using American Arborist again in the future with my home's tree needs.

Dan was quick to get us a very good quote and once we accepted it, they were out. They managed to take down 2 very large trees right next to our house in one day! My husband was home for part of it and he and my neighbors were amazed at how quickly they were able to get everything down and ground up. There was almost no damage to our yard - we were expecting quite a bit more, to be honest! Wonderful work!!

We had American Arborist out today and they did an awesome job on our two front yard trees that were really overgrown. The trees look amazing now and they did an outstanding job cleaning up after! Highly recommend!

Great response after the storm. All worked together from the time they arrived (6) hours. Great job on all trimming, pruning, clean-up and tree removal. Owners & mother-in-law were great to deal with.

American Arborist trimmed and shaped approximately 12 trees on our church property. They had a crew of 4-5, and several pieces of specialized equipment. The end result is beautiful. Highly recommended. Their cleanup was also very professional.

I dont even know where to start my review. We couldn't be happier that we chose American arborist to assist us in the removal of our beautiful 80 + year old oak tree!

We recently had two very large and heavy branches suddenly fall from our tree one afternoon as I was rushing out the door for a surgical consult for my husband. I called American arborist and within an hour they were outside of our home and assessing our tree. The very next morning they returned to promptly remove the fallen branches.

We were given a quote for the removal which came in much much better than expected! Scheduling happened quickly and efficiently.

Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant to work with during the entire experience!

I can't rave about this company and experience enough! While we hated to see the tree go American arborist was great. Give them a call!

We had a major decision to make regarding the removing of trees on our property. The trees were very tall and close to houses. We knew that we needed more than just a tree service, we needed professionals. American Arborist has a team of highly skilled, highly trained experts that took care of our incredibly difficult and complex job, and did so very efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up the property and treated us like customers. When I commented about how they were removing large branches and safely lowering them exactly where they wanted, the project manager said, "It's just a physics problem." That's an impressive statement.

Kasey with American Arborist arrived to the house when he said would, gave a reasonable bid, the job was completed the next day and I am very happy with what they were asked to do. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends...Joe

They were efficient and careful with removing our huge silver maple that had been standing in our yard since 1969. It was past time to take it down with several of the large limbs and trunk being hollow already. It looks great.

They did fantastic work, have excellent communications that kept me informed (from the time of their bid, my acceptance, scheduling and the day the work (pruning two mature oaks) was completed. Everyone was courteous and professional….very pleased and highly recommend!
