Zero stars. Buyer beware. Always read the 1 star reviews FIRST and move up. Those people post honest reviews. 5* people are/could be self promoting or Flying Monkeys. Buyer beware. I did not have a good experience with this 'company.' I had no photos provided. Gutters and downspouts were not flushed. Cost was much higher than always paid before. Payment had to be in cash-on the-spot (because North Omaha people don't pay). No invoice. Sad little paid receipt from an Office Depot book. I just wanted them off my property.

Ans: I HAVE the right company. Herbert Holloway, Tony and minions. You DID do work for me, but never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give a zero if I could. Lee came out and “cleaned” our gutters and downspouts only to have to hire another company a few weeks later to actually do the job. We contacted Lee saying they’re still backed up and he said he’d come back out and fix it and he never showed up on the rescheduled day/time and stopped responding to our calls and texts. He essentially scammed us out of $100. Please be aware he is a scammer

Their team showed up 2 hours late. They send me 2 pictures and a grainy video when done. I paid. The next day a storm came through, and it is still stopped up at the top. I took a video of water pouring out of the seam connecting downspout and gutter, and sent it to the person texting me who said they will make it right. I didn’t hear from them for 3 days when another storm came and same thing. I recorded another video of the water pouring from the seam. I text a few more times over the next 9 days with no response. He then says he was out of town, apologizes and we set a time for them to come finish the cleaning. The day they are supposed to come, it rains so we reschedule for the next day. Understandable. Then they no show and will not answer my texts or calls again. I gave them more than enough tries to make it right and now I’m out money and still have a stopped up downspout. That is theft. So here I am writing what could have been an unnecessary review telling you all they have my money and the job is not done. Reading other reviews, it looks like they have taken others as well. Seems I got scammed based on how often this has happened.

Horrible experience. Zero stars Also known as Affordable Gutter Cleaning and Done Right Gutter Cleaning. Why all the names? There are great companies out there, this is not one of them. No city license, no insurance, not bonded- just google review. Quote given by email was different than price charged. No receipt was given. Work done was subpar, and had several email exchanges to rectify. They never showed up to fix . They did NOT send us b4 and after pics as stated on their description. They did not flush the gutters. Check made out to Done Right Gutter Cleaning was cashed by Herbert Holloway- . Herbert wrote one of the reviews, pretending to be a customer (review now deleted). Emails came from Paul Stevens (who we were advised is other owner, web says different),** Please note the negative reviews have reviewed SEVERAL companies on google, while positive reviews have only reviewed this ONE company. STAY AWAY. Do your due diligence when hiring a gutter cleaning company. Learn from this review if you don't want to be screwed over.

We needed our gutters cleaned asap, and Done Right said they could get out here sooner than the competitors, so we arranged a time for them to come out to our house, between 10 and 11 AM. At 10:55 I texted the point of contact and asked if we were still on the schedule. He said "Hello thy guys are cleaning up the last property and headed your way.Sorry about the delay."

Then at 1:42 PM I asked "Headed my way in what sense?", and never heard back. Total no call/no show.

TLDR; if Google Reviews for a place suck, try somebody else.

This company did a fantastic house wash job but after the rains came we discovered the gutter and downspout cleaning was very poor. I contacted them by text and initially got a response they would take care of it. However we never saw anyone and now texts seem to be ignored. I can recommend house wash but keep a close eye if you use them for gutter cleaning.

I hired them to clean my gutters, which they did but left my exterior a mess. I looked past that after that repeatedly told me they did gutter repair among other things. I had a leaking downspout. I asked them to repair the leak. Instead, they rerouted the gutter, used the existing gutter and pieced together what I can only describe as a Frankenstein downspout. Then had the nerve to bill me $265. I returned home to see just what this charge had produced. They purchased a few elbows, and proceeded to drill a hole into my stone facade (using a drywall anchor). When I text them they said they would be out to fix it. Going on a month now. It looks awful, still leaking from the same spot, and I now have a hole in my mortar. I strongly advise you do not hire them, as they are inexperienced, unqualified and unable to finish their projects nor keep their word.

DJ was awesome and did GREAT work. He did two houses for me today and I couldn't be happier! Excellent service, a pleasure to do business with this company!!!!

I highly recommend this company for gutter cleaning. They are well priced, they got me on the schedule for the next day, the technician came on time, cleaned our gutters and provided photos of the work. They didn't find any leaks but assured us that we could contact them if we uncovered one and they would send someone out. Now waiting on the next rain to test out the job. Overall satisfied.

This company did a great job cleaning my gutters. They responded ASAP and were able to get me on the schedule on the same day. They were fast, provided updates, sent me verification photos and a video. In addition to providing an exact quote, they offered multiple payment options, which was great for me since i wasn't home at the time. It has rained several times since last week and not a drop spilling over. I will be using this company from here on out.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially as a fellow small business owner, but after nearly 5 years of being ignored, I feel it’s necessary to speak up. I was hired by Herbert Holloway to complete a cleaning job, which I took care of promptly and professionally.

Despite sending multiple invoices, follow-up calls, emails, reminders, and even turning the matter over to collections, I have never received any payment — and never once heard back from him. No communication. No explanation. Nothing.

Meanwhile, he used my work to serve his own customers while I was left unpaid. That’s unacceptable. As a business owner, I understand the importance of keeping your word and paying people for their time and labor.

This review isn’t out of anger — it’s about standing up for myself and others who work hard and deserve to be treated fairly.

If you care about ethics, communication, and integrity in business — be very cautious before working with him.
