I called Action Flooring because we had some water get on carpet in our basement after a sewer backup, and they were able to come over and inspect the situation within an hour. We thought we were going to have to tear up and replace all the carpet, but they said because the flooring in our basement is commercial grade and has no padding, we just need to wet-vac it, dry it out with a dehumidifier and fans, spray antimicrobial stuff on it, and then have the carpets cleaned in a week. I'm so relieved Action Flooring didn't try to sell us expensive things we don't actually need! Honest with great customer service, and I'm sure they'll do a fabulous job cleaning the carpets next week!

Called a couple local carpet cleaners around Omaha, looking to find someone to get the carpets clean in a house we were closing on. The prices I got quoted for cleaning were pretty much all within the ballpark of one another, Action Flooring included, so I had to look at other factors. I'm a big believer in attitude being a good indicator of what quality of service to expect. Since Wes, the man I spoke to for a quote, was responsive and personable over the phone I decided to go with Action Flooring. He was able to book me an hour after my closing time, and when the closing was push back due to a seller's issue, he had no problem pushing the appointment to later in the night (5pm). Great service in all.

As for the quality of work, I have no complaints. I'm no expert in carpet cleaning, but the cleaning was done quickly (around a 1000 sqft done in an hour), made the carpet (Old thick stuff from a 70s house) look nice and new, and I was charged what he quoted me on.

Long story short, if you're looking to get carpet cleaned in the Omaha area I have no problem reccomending Action Cleaning.

I found Action based upon the Google reviews, and by sheer coincidence my company was also servicing his dishwasher the day he came out to service our carpet. With only 3 hours notice, days before Christmas, Action Flooring accommodated my 911 carpet cleaning and scotch gaurd request. Most companies wanted to charge a short notice fee and holiday fee. No one else could come as quickly, either. We are so thankful that not only did we have our needs met, but also weren’t charged fees for the time of year or short notice call. Best of all, our carpets look and SMELL like new. A miracle after several pet accidents over the last month. Thank you, Action Flooring! Your time, effort, generosity and kindness are so appreciated! We are thankful you didn’t mind working around little kiddos that wanted to sit and watch you work, as well as your patience by answering their non-stop questions! May you all have a lovely holiday. We were moving out of our rental home and needed to get the carpets cleaned. We have two kids and two dogs. The carpets were pretty bad. The carpets looked new after Wes cleaned them. He was readily available, punctual, and professional. I would use them again, and highly recommend Action Carpet Cleaning. Five stars!

They did a fantastic job power stretching our carpet that was rolling/bunching in several different directions. Good as new! Given how much carpet they stretched and removed, they had to do some patch work, particularly around our floor HVAC vents. You can't even notice! Easy to schedule and timely appointments (we had to wait about a week). We highly recommend them.

I have also have personally used them at my house to install new carpet and revive some stone that was stained from years of usage. A few weeks ago, I called because I had cat urine stains in my carpet that no other carpet cleaner or enzyme product had been able to remove, and this was my final attempt to get rid of the odor before removing the carpet all together.

I'm SO glad I did! They were very friendly, upfront about the cost, and came when they were scheduled to. Best of all they actually got the smell out!!! If you've ever had cat urine problems you KNOW it can be a losing battle to get rid of once it's set in. I am astonished that they were able to do that, and my carpet never looked or smelled better. I never get random drafts of cat urine lingering in my carpet. If I put my face to the carpet... nothing! I'm not sure how they managed to do it, but they did. I would 100% recommend them.

Wes was easy to work with and prompt for his scheduled appointments to give us an estimate and install the carpet. His team is a very thorough job on the removal and installation of the new carpet. At the end they cleaned the floors and did a walk through on the job completed. I would recommend Wes in the future and will probably be using him for cleaning. Easy, low pressure, and reasonable price with high quality.

Wes and Steve arrived promptly, masked and “booted” ready to tackle the job. They assessed the areas, asked a few questions and got right to work. They stretched carpets and cleaned them so well they look new! They were friendly, professional an most excellent! Their services were reasonably priced! Kudos!!
