Pure professional! Our dog decided to chew on a printer ink cartridge while sitting on the sofa. One quick call to Wes, and he was here within a half hour to get as much ink out of our sofa as he could before it all set in. His customer service skills are second to none, he really cares about putting out his best product for his customers. We have used him in the past for whole-house carpet cleaning, again we were super pleased with the turnout and level of service. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!

This company was amazing! They answered my call straight away, they came out the very next day. They weren't on time, but no biggie, I work from home so for me that doesn't matter much. This type of service, you can never tell exactly how long a job is going to take, and that can affect times the rest of the day. But Steve did an amazing job! The carpet in my apartment looks brand new again, my dog has been very sick recently, and he was able to pull all the smell and stains out leaving the carpet smelling awesome. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!!

Woke up to dog poop all over our new carpet. Wes answered his phone Sunday morning before 8am and came within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Cleaned everything quickly! We will definitely be using him again for all of our carpet and flooring needs!

Had a phenomenal experience with Wes and Steve with Action Flooring. He promptly answered the phone each time I called and it was also great speaking with him directly instead of a receptionist as he clearly was a subject matter expert and fielded all of my flooring questions. Even better yet, he was the one that came out on the service call! (Huge benefit of using a small company like this). He was very professional and provided a quick and reasonably priced service. I absolutely would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

I genuinely can not recommend this company enough. Polite, on time, clean up afterwards, very reasonable prices and the carpet looked great! I’ve noticed that smaller companies do better work because they don’t take people trusting them to do their best for granted. Five stars for sure!

I had a carpet patch work done and it was incredible! You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Our pet had chewed a hole all the way to the floor and it was repaired perfectly. Cannot recommend higher for service, professionalism, and quality work done for a great price! If you need a carpet repair, look no further.

Wes did a fantastic job. Quick, professional and super nice. He was in and out in just over an hour. Cost was as quoted so no surprise fees or drama. Left everything clean, no damage or extra mess. That may seem obvious but I’ve had so many contractors come in with no regard to my property and leave behind trash, debris, break things. I had someone once take a nice towel out of my bathroom to clean up a mess of theirs and I ended up having to throw the towel away. I will definitely be using this company again.

We used this service when we purchased our house in June 2020. The previous owners left the carpet disgusting! We were literally closing on our house and they had left town so our realtor recommended Blue Ribbon. He was able to squeeze us in and work his magic. He got out pet stains and whatever else was left on that carpet for the most part. Some were so deep it was going to take more time to work them out. He told us the best ways to keep working on it. The carpet looks so much better, is super soft, and fluffy. We are very happy with this company.

Blue Ribbon is the best carpet cleaners in Omaha. Steve has cleaned my carpets for 40 years. Once in a while I've succumbed to some cleaner special. It's never been worth it. Thanks for the excellent job!

We had a wonderful experience with Steve at Blue Ribbon Cleaning! He has cleaned for our family many times over the years, and he knocks it out of the park every time. Steve is very communicative about scheduling, the general process, and customer expectations. He was punctual and notified us when he was heading our way. Steve is incredibly personable and one of the kindest people I have met! The work was great and he was communicative of any problem areas or areas that needed extra drying time. He was even very mindful of our pets, taking extra measures to keep them safe throughout the day. Pricing is very fair for the quality of work he provides. 10/10 recommend!
