I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to after our experience with Metro Window. After contacting several other companies, I struggled to find someone who would come to Council Bluffs to clean our windows...but then as I dug through reviews I found Metro Window and I am so glad I did! We have 50+ windows in our house so we needed someone skilled to do the work. I wasn't sure what to expect as Metro Window only had a handful of reviews, but the website looked legit and the reviews looked real. I submitted a bid request request on the website, Trent reached out within a few hours and then scheduled an estimate viewing. When Trent arrived he was nice, professional and did a quick assessment. He then provided a (reasonable) estimate. I lucked out and he was available to do the job within a week. Trent called to let me know when he was on this way the morning of our appointment, he was on-time and he did a great job! He worked pretty much non-stop for 5 or 6 hours until he was done. He encouraged me to point out anything he might have missed. I pointed out a few spots and he quickly went over them again and didn't get huffy or anything. He took off his shoes in the house and his ladder and equipment didn't leave any marks on anything inside or outside. Overall it was a great experience and plan to use Metro Window again in the future and would fully recommend them.

My windows look better than before we moved in! We have many windows but he took time on each one to make sure they were clean. Great communication and very efficient! Highly recommend for window cleaning!

Metro Window Cleaning did an excellent job washing our exterior windows. We have a raised ranch with lots of big windows and some windows are very high off the ground. He was fast and efficient and fairly priced and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend.

We lucked out and tried Metro. We scheduled but it turned out to be that off and on rainy week we had. He came out and offered to reschedule. The entire south side of our home is glass. It’s lovely to look out now. Trenton and his lovely wife did a great job. We’re scheduling again.

I called Action flooring and carpet cleaning on Saturday May 2nd. We were closing on our new home that smelled so badly like animal, I could hardly stand it. We were in rush to have it done before we moved in on Monday May 4th. They were able to come out in Sunday May 3rd and clean the carpets for us. The animal smell was GONE and hasn’t come back. I was fully expecting to still smell animal and be forced to replace the carpet and pad, so when we walked in after they were done we were blown away! I can’t thank them enough for getting the carpets done in such a small time window. I will always refer my family and friends to them! 10/10 recommend this company!

Our basement flooded and we had to remove the carpet pad under a section of the carpeted area. After clean up, I got a recommendation form a co-worker to call Wes. I am glad I did. He came out quickly and replaced the carpet pad and put my carpet back there way it was after we pulled a large section up. After the repair, the carpet pulled away from the old metal edge piece. He sent his helper Tom out and he replaced all 3 of the old metal strips and put the carpet back again at no charge. I will be a customer from now on with any of my carpet needs. The quality of a company can be proven by how they correct an issue and Action is a high quality company. I would highly recommend them and will surely give their name to anyone looking for help with carpet.
