Doug did an amazing job in our house! All the old pet stains are gone! Prices are fair, and he was on time!

I have used Doug at home and for my business to clean our carpets for at least 20 years. He is reasonable with his pricing and has been great working with our busy schedule.

We've used Doug in the past and have been pleased. We currently have a rental house that needs the carpets cleaned, so I called Doug. He scheduled the cleaning for today and I scheduled my new tenants to move in this Friday. I just got a call from Doug saying that when he got to the house, he could not do the job because the carpets were "too far gone". What?? The carpets are only 3 years old and although it's a rental property, they are NOT in that bad of shape. He was very strange about it and I even asked him if there was something I was missing and he said, "No, I just don't do carpets that are in bad shape." Wow. I've now been left in a huge bind as I have to scramble to find another company who can clean the carpets today or tomorrow at the latest for tenants to move in Friday. Very disappointed to say the least. I have friends and neighbors who have used Doug but I will share with them this experience and encourage them to look elsewhere for their carpet cleaning needs from now on.

Doug always does a great job. He knows alot about carpet care and has always kept our carpet and stairs looking like new. I have recommended Doug dozens of times and will continue to do so.

Wow. So very disappointing. I have used Doug for over 20 years. He has usually done a good job at a fair price. As a realtor, I have referred him many times to clients and friends. Most of them have been satisfied, some commenting on his edgy disposition. After my personal experience today, I am taking him off my “A” list. We are hosting my husband’s staff Christmas party. Doug was scheduled to clean at 9 am. I left a note when I left for work and left my daughter and a friend sleeping on the couch after an early airport run. Apparently, their presence scared Doug. He called me screaming and swearing at me stating that he would never clean my carpets again! I apologized profusely and he hung up on me. When I tried to call him back he would not pick up. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will miss you, Doug, but can’t risk my clients being treated that way.

Have used Doug and his excellent skills in carpet care for many many years now. Always very personable and kind and very detail oriented. Very fair priced and outstanding work every time. Always will recommend to Doug to anyone needing any kind of carpet cleaning services!

Troy does great work.

Troy did an amazing job at my townhouse. He replaced my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Then he installed shades in my deck. His creativity came in handy making the shades useful and pleasant to look at. I highly suggest Troy for your handyman needs!

I have used CJs for years between two different property management companies I've worked for. I can always count on Bonnie and Luis to provide great communication with lots of detail to provide us with the best possible outcome always. This is appreciated more than they even realize!

I would not recommend them. They kept changing time and date and then never showed up. Don’t bother wasting your time with these yahoos.

I called three times to get a estimate for repairing a gutter issue. The promised they would get me an estimate, a week later have heard nothing. Now they don’t even answer their phone. Don’t waste your time with these folks!

My gutters were leaking into landscaping, the guys came out and discovered 2 clogs in my downspout and got everything draining properly. The guys were friendly and sent pictures of the job after it was complete. These are my new go to guys for gutter cleaning
