Our experience with The Cleaning Authority has been nothing but positive. Malaysia, Jaqueline and Anna consistently do a great job cleaning our home. Also love the app functionality.

I wanted to wait for a couple cleanings before providing feedback. What I love, the crew arrives with a notebook outlining their tasks for the day. They will move items but if I have clutter, they clean around it.
The literally mop their way out the door.
What I like. As a multi person cleaning crew, they hold each other accountable so if someone starts to slow down, they pick each other up and keep going. I think this prevents some of the breaks and time lost when crews are smaller or too friendly.
With the work they do, I am more able to sort through items to donate and accomplish the decluttering and organizing tasks I’ve wanted to get done.

It's been a few years since I used SpringClean but I am still mystified and angry. I used SpringClean when the former owner was there. I really liked their service. Then I lost my job and I worked for SpringClean, so I knew the routine. When I became employed again, I had them come out to clean. I felt a loyalty to them. The owner had passed away, I believe, and his daughter ran the business. She was very cold toward me and refused to come back. I tried to find out what I had done, but she ignored my several requests. I wanted to keep using them. I'm still upset with her, and it's a mystery whey she treated me like that.

Spring Clean does an amazing job and they are so understanding if you need to reschedule, cancel or pick up an extra cleaning. I highly recommend them!

I've had this cleaning service for several years. While they did a good job, the management isn't run very well. Some days we'd get the same two ladies who knew our home, others, we'd get two who weren't thorough neither could speak English. Then the two regular ladies lost our home key and couldn't find it. So we had to be home when they showed up, which was inconsistent. We then got a VM from the manager that his ladies can't show up on our normally scheduled day, this coming TWO weeks after they had last cleaned our home. The final straw was when he texted me in the morning telling us they were "restructuring" their staff and couldn't clean our home this week and were cutting us off as clients without any input from me. But if we still wanted them to clean our home in the future, let them know. What a complete JOKE! THIS is NOT how you deal with customers who have been with you for a few years, paid on time every time and been flexible when need be. I'm done with them and will get someone who runs a professional company.

I had Spring Clean for over 9 years and Jim did a fantastic job running the company. Since Michelle has taken over, different people have showed up at my house every time, there have been days when no one has showed up, and one time the ladies left shortly after arriving because they were “fed up” with Michelle. The day the ladies left my house early without cleaning it, Michelle said she was going to have another crew come back in two days and clean my house on them due to all of the problems I have had. I then found out a few days after the new ladies came back that she cashed my check after telling me it was going to be free and she was going to shred my check. It has been one thing after another and constant excuses.....very disappointing.

Amazing company! When I let the owner we instantly clicked! She is so nice and will go out of her way to make sure your house cleaning needs are met. Even when I needed to take a break from cleaning she didn’t get upset like other places have. Her flexibility and amazing cleaning ladies are what makes this company great!!

I have used Spring Clean for almost 10 years. Under the new owner I am not very satisfied. I have never been contacted by new owner, to see if I ‘m happy with there service or to let me know who is coming. In last few times I’ve had 3 different teams to clean and never know what time they will be coming. I would prefer to have the same cleaning team at the same time. I am always willing to work with times if things need to be changed. Karen always came at the same time unless we had to make changes for some reason. I know it takes time for new owner to get settled in, but she has had the business since October.

We've had Spring Clean for about three years and it's been an excellent experience. The owner and the office team are very cooperative and understanding when we needed to reschedule or freeze the service for few weeks. We highly appreciate their commitment and the quality of work provided. The job is always perfectly done with dedication and attention to details, and just within a reasonable time. We've been continously satisfied and happy with their service which made many relatives and friends become their clients too. We're very thankful and strongly recommend them.

I have been using Spring Clean for nearly 2 years now. I booked them origionally because the rate for my condo was CONSIDERABLY lower than all of the other cleaning companies I got estimates from. The service is outstanding. I completely trust the cleaning crew. I have used them to clean 2 rentals that I have & my friends and coworkers have also used this service. I can only give high marks to Spring Clean. You won't be disappointed!

We have used Spring clean for over two years now. They have sent the same ladies every time and our house always looks amazing when they leave. They have worked hard to accommodate any scheduling request we make. They are great about our two dogs as well!

I started using Spring Clean about 6 months ago. I think they do an excellent job and I recommend to my friends and family. Luz and Ruby are great. They always do an awesome job. The owner Michelle is professional and is willing to work with you on schedule changes. I always love coming home to a sparkling clean house. They also did an awesome job doing the moveout cleaning job at my old place. Definitely check them out.

I've been using Spring Clean for a few years now and they are extremely reliable and do a good job. I like that they send the same cleaning team to my home most every time so I kind of know who is in my house. My cleaning team is a mother daughter duo! They are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

Update: it was sold to new ownership and not managed as well. Cleaners were still good but decided to cancel and then we moved. Can’t say if they remain good.
