I am not sure what I got. Table tops were cleaned but lamp was not even lifted to dust under leaving clean top with glaring pile of dust visible under lamp. Glass tops still with noticeable marks and dust bunnies on floors in corner. Guess my idea of clean is not the Cleaning Ninjas’s idea of clean. Wish I could post the pictures.

These guys are awesome and do a wonderful job! I've used multiple other cleaning services and I have NEVER been satisfied. I have never been disappointed after a cleaning with Cleaning Ninjas.

The Cleaning Ninjas were very professional and worked fast and thoroughly. I also like the rotating extras they offer bi-weekly clients like oven cleaning, cleaning the fridge etc. In my opinion it is well worth the expense.

What a disappointment that I can't get a call back from Katherine when I have both asked and been told that she would call. Thus I'll leave my review in public for others to see what kind of service they can expect.

Horrible cleaning, terrible customer service! I will never use this company again or recommend their services. We built a new home and our builder's cleaned the house beautifully. I quickly signed up for biweekly Ninja services shortly after to keep the house in good condition. However, that is NOT what we got!
After several months and attempts to get things rectified, all we have been left with is a dirty house and terrible customer service.
All the mirrors were disgusting - left worse than they were before they cleaned. Pink mold started growing in the showers and toilets. Two items were broken on two different occasions. They offer a service of folding and putting away laundry for $5. They would inflate the number of baskets folded and charged $7.50 (if you use them, be sure to get a detailed invoice otherwise you'll never know - or better yet, don't use them). (After ONE cleaning with a new service, these issue were all resolved - also at a better price!).
When I called to work through this, and I was happy to work through it - I think these situations should be a win/win. But they would tell me they would get back to me, they never would. I asked for Katherine, but she was always "busy." Including the time she, unknowingly to me, answered the phone and passed me onto her front line associate. I asked to speak with Katherine and she was unavailable.
I should have taken more pictures of the mold and broken items, but was focused on trying to work with them instead of taking a bunch of pictures.

Completely Dissatisfied Customer

Ninja day is my favorite day of the week! I know after each visit my house will be beautiful and clean (not an easy task with 2 indoor cats). The ninjas go out of their way to make sure that their work is up to the customers standards. I have NEVER had an issue with their performance, but if I did I know that they would come back to my home and make every effort to correct it. They even went out of their way to clean up a mess made by my one of my cats who was ill. I know they take pride in their job, have fun with it, and it shows. They are easy to contact and always return phone calls/e-mails immediately. If you are unsure about hiring a cleaning service, hire this company. You won't regret it.

They always provide a thorough and consistent cleaning service. If we ever have a concern it is taken care of quickly. When having to reschedule it is always a very easy process.

The Cleaning Ninjas cleaned my 3700 sq ft house today for the first time. They did a fantastic job cleaning and I am very pleased with the results! Their communication from start to finish was amazing as well. They offered a quote via email when I requested it based on the square footage of my house and were even willing to give a second quote with subtracting my finished basement from the square footage so I could compare. They replied to emails promptly and professionally and answered all my questions, and my phone conversation was pleasant as well when I made the reservation. For the actual cleaning, Libby, Nya, and Melinda came and were super nice as well as doing a great job. The house awesome, thanks!

My first time using cleaning ninjas was when I Air BnB'd my apartment but also didn't have the time to do a full clean due to some work commitments. I was so impressed the first time that I decided to use my next raise to start treating myself to a monthly clean. :) These people are for real EXPERTS and the cost for a regular monthly clean is surprisingly affordable.

I'm not untidy by any means, but I have a fairly intensive work schedule, and two cats + regular guests means that the accumulation of dirt, dust and grime can get exhausting. They get into the nooks and crannies and make every part of my apartment look sparkling. So grateful!

I love my cleaning ninjas, the day they are at my home is always the happiest day of the two week period to come home on, as its so nice to come home to a clean house, with fresh sheets on the bed. They are reliable, thorough, easy to work with, friendly, and I appreciate their sense of humor.

I like that in addition to completing standard tasks such as vacuum and dust, they'll also tackle an extra task per visit (like clean the oven), which are things I never get around to doing. They did a wonderful job cleaning the oven after I had made a mess of it from Thanksgiving day.

Also, I just love the ninja theme. They have a sense of humor, which is the reason I was drawn to this company in the first place. I look forward to hiding the little ninja with the feedback card at each visit. It's a creative way to make it fun for the customer to give feedback.

Cleaning Ninjas does an excellent job and they work very hard. They state that If they miss anything they are more than willing to come back and make it right, free of charge. I've only had to ask them back once, but they came back and quickly and politely fixed the issue.

Loni has been very polite and easy to work with, as has every ninja that has been in my house. I would recommend them to anyone!

When we moved a few months ago we lost our cleaning ladies. I searched for a while looking for the perfect cleaning company for our new home. The Cleaning Ninjas sounded too good to be true when I was reading about the company. I thought I'd try them out to see if they really were that good. Well come to find out.....they are! Very happy with The Cleaning Ninjas and I look forward to our scheduled cleaning day every other week.

I am an extremely frugal person and a perfectionist, so it was a tough decision to hire a cleaning service, especially thinking no one could clean my house as well as I do. These Cleaning ninjas were not ninjas, they were more like cleaning magicians. Not only did they clean everything top to bottom, but they brought order And organization to complete and utter chaos. With our busy schedules, three kids and two dogs The cleanliness of our home sometimes goes on the back burner and soon becomes overlooked. I cannot recommend these magnificent Women anymore, They truly have a gift, Not to mention the level of care and dedication that they apply to every inch of the home is Simply mesmerizing.

The cleaning team completed a surface level cleaning, at best. When their work was inspected they didn’t clean the microwave, dust the blinds or baseboards, clean the windows. The dusting photo is from when I dusted a set of blinds two days after their cleaning. They said they cleaned the inside of the microwave. They used my kitchen brush that I use to wash my dishes to clean my bathrooms. The shower curtain in one of my bathrooms has bleach stains on it.
