They did such an amazing job, not only with the cleaning, but with the deep cleaning, organizing and putting away items! It was so nice to have somebody do that for us! Also since we live out in the country we have really hard water and they were able to get all of our hard water stains off, which was amazing too! They did an awesome job! I’d definitely recommend them!

Lupe & crew were phenomenal!! So kind, so professional, so hardworking. I was shocked at what they were able to accomplish with our deep clean.

We had Infinite in to do a deep clean on our house today before starting monthly services. They were amazing. Professional and friendly, they went the extra mile to get every nook and cranny (which is a lot when you have two young labs! Dog hair is everywhere). Our house smells amazing, our tired carpet looks revived and perhaps most amazingly they got every single hard water stain that we never managed to clean off of our sinks and showers. Our house feels like a new home!

Jazmin works hard to ensure that each small detail is recognized! She’s reliable, trustworthy and I will be sure to keep Jeroca Cleaning Services on my roster moving forward. :)

Did a great job on a construction remodel cleanup. Price was very fair and it was scheduled quickly.

I scheduled a clean with this company and they did not show up. I called, texted and emailed and when I finally got a response the owner said that her crew did not answer her phone calls. She did not apologize or offer to reschedule or anything. When I asked for an update about 15 minutes later she never responded to me. This left us in a bad situation because we needed our house cleaned before we moved out the next day and ended up having to do it ourselves.

Vivi and her team were great to work with. They did a wonderful job cleaning our house, and made sure to ask for any special instructions before starting. Highly recommend using them!!

The owner did reach out and did actively listen to my concerns and issue and was very transparent with what had occurred. They also explained the steps they are taking and have already taken to remedy the issue and concerns. The conversation did leave me feeling much more comfortable with the company. I left the conversation feeling heard and that positive changes have been made and will continue to be made. I would recommend them for the cleaners and the commitment and care of the owner.

The services started out good but went downhill as time went on. The cleaners were always friendly but seemed very rushed, stressed, and overworked. I had one issue that I reached out to the office about and was only offered a 10% discount on the next service after many days of back and forth emails, refused phone calls, not taking accountability, not addressing the actual issue and concerns by corporate talking around it or flat out ignoring it, not listening to what I was saying, subtly shifting blame onto the cleaners when the problem stems from the policies and procedures created, trained, and enforced by the office, and were just rude and manipulative. I would not recommend them because of the office.

I’ve had a great experience with Cleaning Ninjas. I’m a new customer, and impressed with their thorough cleaning and genuine customer service skills. If you want attention to detail, I’d recommend this company!

Had the ninjas out to clean for the first time this week, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything top-to-bottom and my place feels so clean! Thank you!

They do a wonderful job and the ladies that come to do the cleaning are nice and respectful. Floors were squeaky clean! They are also great about adding a special job to each cleaning (like cleaning the oven)! Really nice and very easy to work with.

My initial clean was amazing. Each following cleaning was not the greatest though. They charge and fee for everything you can dream of. When you complain about a cleaning, they simply offer to let you pay full price for them to try again. When you cancel they will try to sneak an addict service charge on.
I wouldn't reccomend beyond a one time clean
