I have been using this company for three years. They are really great. Every time I have issues they come out the same day or the next day after I call. I was suppose to have another company come out three years ago when my furnace broke and that company no showed me so my warranty company referred me to these guys and I’m a life customer now. They always explain things to me, they are nice and respectful. I highly recommend them!

Juan and Official Services and his technicians are simply the best and do a great job whether it be a new HVAC system install, performing an annual maintenance checkup or an equipment down service call. Great response, awesome work ethic and reasonable cost.

Official Services came recommended to us from a friend when one of our older A/C units died at the beginning of this spring. Every step of the process was handed professionally., not to mention it was at a great price. The biggest compliment that I can give to the company though came through a mistake that was made and how it was handled. One of the installers drilled through the facing of one of our composite deck boards not realizing what he had one. My wife pointed it out to him and informed me what had had happened. Before I had a chance to address the situation with the owner, the owner called me and told me what happened and offered to pay for the damage. You can ask for anything more out of a company. I highly recommend Official Services for your HVAC needs.
