These guys are fast and profesional. Their prices are very reasonable. We were without heat for about 12 hrs and they were able to prioritize our job and get us heat quick. I would highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.

I'd like to share a complicated but ultimately a high-quality/satisfying recent experience with Jackson Home Appliance Heating and Cooling regarding a new Carrier furnace they installed for me within the last 2 weeks. I ordered a new furnace from Jackson, which they installed promptly within a few days of my order. Unfortunately, the pressure sensor on this new furnace kept shutting off, resulting in my not having heat as soon as the next day. Jackson came by my house almost daily to troubleshoot, but ultimately, Bill Claborn, the owner of Jackson, called me directly to apologize for the situation and offer to get me a new replacement Carrier furnace on his own dime while he "fought it out" with Carrier about refunding the faulty one at my house. Jackson installed the replacement furnace a few days ago and it was wonderful to have heat again! Really appreciate Bill, and senior technician, Dave (who came to my house during the March 19th blizzard!), and installer Kyle, who tirelessly worked to resolve the unfortunate situation. Will be sticking with Jackson for my future HVAC needs as a result of how they handled this situation correctly.

We called Jackson fully expecting to be told that our old washer could not be fixed. Brandon diagnosed the problem immediately after hearing about the symptoms (it wouldn't go into spin cycle). He said he could get the needed part and arrived with it the next day.He also was able to get a new dryer screen for our even older dryer. All of this saved us several hundred dollars over what we were expecting to spend. Very happy with the service.

I decided to use the same company going forward for my AC and heat-related issues, and I have never regretted that decision. We have received timely service from Jackson Home Appliance Heating & Cooling. They are the company we call with any issues with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, furnace or air conditioner. Andrew was very helpful replacing the ice maker recently in our refrigerator. Kelly did a thorough job examining our air conditioner units and preparing them for the season. We have been customers for many years.

My annual furnace check took place today & Kelly was terrific. He explained what he was doing, what he found & answered all my questions. Thanks for the help!

Jackson Home Appliance fit me in within 24 hours of calling with a refrigerator issue. Brandon was great! He communicated ahead of time in order to acquire the right part for the job before arriving. He was efficient and polite and got my refrigerator water dispenser up and running very quickly.
