The people who owned our house before used Bladt’s, a few months after we bought the home during the hottest summer days of 2021 the AC Blower burnt out. I fixed it myself but was impressed how Tim called me to see how things were going and offered some tips. Now that’s rare for any HVAC shop. I fix many things myself, but not everything, I will certainly use these guys because they are awesome and honest. Our AC will only last a few more years, maybe less, and I can tell you Bladt’s will be my “go to” shop for a new one and for seasonal service.

Would avoid working with Andy if possible. Very dishonest and has quite the attitude on simple things and lacks good communication skills and problem solving ability. Would avoid this business and having to deal with him. Plenty of other good company's around.
