The guy was not Cary nice at all.. all I call for was to see if they have a fan in stock so I can have my hvac guy go get it because he was in the hospital at the moment.. the guy hang up the phone on me.. not good at all .. I will never buy anything from there or have anything from there in my house and I will report them to better Business Bureau..

Being fro the south we rarely click or approve of anybody up north or east and west coast because of their attitude, this place as far as greeting and small conversation gets 5⭐ GREAT ! FIRST IMPRESSION TEXAS APPROVED 🤘

Purchased a $1200 unit with my place of employment. Maintenance installed the unit, and it wouldn’t work. We was told we would need to purchase a thermostat. Installed that and the unit won’t blow cold air. Contacted Johnstone and they refused to help. Was told there is nothing they can do for us. Contacted the manufacturer and was told we would have to pay to fix the brand new unit we just purchased. We will take our business somewhere else next time.

Sears is a complete rip off!! They are not responsive and prey on the Elderly!!!

Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon diagnosing the issue with our dryer, he took time to answer all of our questions regarding the required repair. He provided a concise description of the dryer failure and made recommendations that will hopefully extend the service life of the appliance. We are very pleased with the outcome and we would like to offer praise for the experienced technician to conducted the repair. We would recommend our technician to anyone requiring an appliance repair and wish to thank Sears Home Service for having wonderful technicians.
