We have used JPS for a few years now and have always had excellent service. In addition to a handful of other services, once it was dead of winter with no heat, another time it was beginning of summer and no A/C. They technicians always came as soon as possible, usually the same day. They are great at explaining the problem and giving us VERY reasonably price repairs. We also used them at my parents house on their 1794 furnace that was still holding on. Never once did they push for it to be replaced, knowing it was not financially possible for my dad. Always happy with the repair and service and 3 different homes.

We’ve always had good experiences with the company overall when we’ve needed repairs or services. We had our HVAC system check and Joseph B was incredibly easy to work with. Walked us through what they did and was incredibly kind and thorough. Would recommend this warranty company overall

Mason came out, assessed the issue with my garbage disposal, and quickly determined it needed repair. He already had the parts with him and got to work right away. He was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, very well spoken, and completed the job fast. Great service overall

Joseph and Brian came out to do an extensive job on our property. They were both knowledgeable and explained everything throughly and gave recommendations that were helpful. Their patience with answering many questions was also appreciated. Thanks gentleman!

Austin did an amazing job fixing the problem with our dishwasher. He came prepared to replace the broken track on the top rack, worked efficiently and even ran it through a partial cycle to make sure it didn’t leak. Austin was polite and friendly. He gets a 5-Star rating! I was very thankful to have the dishwasher up and running before Thanksgiving!

Kevin was amazing. Kevin was extremely confident, knowledgeable, and professional. He too the time to go over all my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed. His support was outstanding.

Mr. LaCombe did an amazing job replacing a worn out furnace igniter and restoring heat to our home. He also went above and beyond by identifying, finding and stopping a gas leak. He used a longer section of pipe and a new fitting. Thank you very much Mr. LaCombe for your incredible work and keeping our family safe!

Israel Martinez did a wonderful job and check out my furnace. He looked in and out to see what was wrong. He did a wonderful job keep up to good work and he also told me what work need to be done very respectful

Fantastic service from start to finish! Dean Barbee was prompt, professional and very personable. He clearly explained what he did and what he found, showed me how to maintain my system, and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer and highly recommend him.

Mitchell Flash was our tech today. Fixed our toilet and our bathroom sink. Love Service one techs are always so nice and have had no issues in the last 30 years.. would never think about not having service one coverage.

He came out on a Saturday and was able to fix my furnace. I have always received great service from them. He did a great job!

Dom arrived and was very gracious and considerate of my home, even when my dog wanted to help him! Extremely knowledgeable and very honest with what he found in checking out my furnace and ac. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Dom and Service One. He deserves a huge raise and is an excellent representative of Service One.

Vipers of Misfortune. Service One employees led my 87 year old widowed mother to believe she needed a new HVAC unit for $8000, then proceeded to shut the furnace off in November saying they would be back in 5 days. 61 degrees but they did provide 2 space heaters to get through. The furnace is maybe 15 years old, serviced yearly. We had All Seasons come and do another check for a second opinion. Their reading showed carbon monoxide levels to be within range, not elevated as Service One employee indicated. Seems we do not need a new furnace after all this year. Service call from all Seasons $170.00. A savings of $6300! Thanks All Seasons for your reputable and honorable business practices. Service One you might want to rethink your business integrity.Taking advantage of an elderly widow is NOT a good business practice. You can do better.

Brian, the Service One technician arrived on time and was very thorough in the inspection of my furnace. I liked his comments on the state of the equipment and what parts might need to be looked at further in later inspections. I'm very happy with Service One.

Well we have had your service for a while now and have very pleased, until Keith showed up! I will describe the experience as a shake down/con job. He came to do our complementary furnace inspection. At the end he explained to use that our downstairs furnace needed to be replaced immediately and was leaking carbon monoxide. He told me that he recommended us not to use it, then proceeded to sell me on an $11,000 new furnace. He referred to it as an emergency replacement that he could “put us a head of the line” and could install the very next morning at 8:00am. I agreed with some hesitation. I felt as if I was getting a sell job done to me. The more I thought about it the more I became suspicious. So I called and cancelled and arranged for a second opinion. BTW based on Keith’s recommendation we did not power up the furnace and froze all night. Witchta Heating and Air came out the next day, I told them the situation and they preformed a second inspection. My suspicions were confirmed when the technician told me that our furnace was in good working order and NOT leaking carbon monoxide! As a matter of fact no repair was needed at all. I can only imagine how many times this guy has done this to more vulnerable people. The thing that was even more unbelievable, he was training a new technician. Now your company will have 2 of these guys working for you. I will be sharing my experience on Social Media to warn others about Keith. I hope he is an outlier and this is not your company sanctioned practice.

We’ve been service one customers for quite awhile and have had a couple AC and heating repairs done with excellent results.
At 15+ years old and planning to stay in this house, we thought better to replace everything while it’s not broken than to wait. John Salmans was our sales expert and the meeting was Smooth! John was very knowledgeable about the current system and a great no pressure salesman for the new one!

PS I forgot to mention our technician that made a call the week prior - Mahlo (sp?). Was very helpful!!!

He was honest about what had to be done to make the system work correctly. He told us the price and how soon they would have the parts. Afterwards he reset the thermostat and explained how it woks and suggested the location for any sensors we wanted to place in our house. He worked hard and efficiently.

Dean did a very great job at my home. He explained everything in detail on what is going on with my furnace system and gave reccomendations as well. He is very knowledgeable and I highly reccomend him for any service for Hvac.

Brian (Frderico) Rodriquez was extremely helpful and understanding. He explained everything clearly. He discussed the benefits of a membership as well as the savings. I signed up today, which saved me money. I appreciate Service Techs that value their customers and does what's best them.

Isreal Martinez came by for a communication error on my thermostat and went above and beyond! He replaced an old breaker switch, and cleaned up the wiring around the AC and furnace, as well as giving me some tips from efficiency and how to use the system. Top notch customer service!!
