Bill and Norm were accommodating, kind, professional and answered all of my questions. We had an unusual situation with 3 HVAC systems in our slab built home. It was very overwhelming as new owners of the property. They worked their schedule around the install of our new HVAC systems. They were knowledgeable and they provided information and explanations in “regular people terms” for an unusual duct system. Had some unexpected duct issues that we were ultimately able to correct because we knew about the issues going into our HVAC installation. We are very appreciative of their expertise and impressed by the results of our duct cleaning. They even took the time to follow up on a Friday evening after our new HVAC systems were installed to make sure everything was going as expected. Would 10/10 recommend them based on personality alone, but their work is also 10/10.

There were three techs here today, and they were all very professional and thorough in the processes that each of them performed. Very satisfied with Duct Medic and glad that we decided to have them clean our ducts and dryer vent!

The techs were all very polite and did a thorough job! We couldn’t be more satisfied with this company or the level of service. I even referred them to my mom and she was just as satisfied. We will definitely use DuctMedic in the future.

An unfortunate experience. The owner was "out of town" when the duct cleaning went badly and was questioned. Equipment access to the apartment was limited, access to the air handler proved impossible. The last resort vacuuming at individual register points was minimal. Photos of these duct ends at the wall were shown as evidence of cleaning - but represent the superficial dust removal not deeper system cleaning. Not a service to recommend

Jake, Dallas and the team did a great job. We had air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I couldn’t believe how thorough they were. I’ll only ever call Duct Medic for future cleanings.

The duct cleaning team was very professional and on time. The leave behinds (picture, literature, and invoicing) we great. Good to see the before and after pictures. The company was able to provide up front pricing and have the technology to provide the estimate from their office over the phone. Great fo me as I am often not at the house for an estimate.
They do need to upgrade technology for customers choosing to pay with credit cards. I would use them again if needed.

Great company! They showed up on time, were in and out in good time and left NO mess behind. Had a minor problem with air flow to part of the home and the OWNER of the company came to my house and resolved the issue within four hours of my call. AWESOME!

Very professional from start to finish! Folks helping over the phone were kind, and they took my coupon I received in the mail, which was a great starter discount. Then, when the workers arrived, the lead actually informed me that we didn't need the top package I originally signed up for and saved us another $1800 by simply being an honest person with integrity and clearly high ethics! As I was doing some other chores around the house, I saw the workers cleaning places where I know I had not gotten to cleaning on my own before they got there, above and beyond by them, they didn't have to do that, outstanding! The before and after video was very telling of what we needed to do, and gave us the peace of mind that what was done was done.

In a world where it sometimes feels like giant corporations are always trying to take over and run the universe of our everyday lives, it is very refreshing to see some good old fashioned work-ethic, honesty, and integrity. This company is one of the most professional and detailed I’ve experienced. They found issues that the so called certified HVAC technician completely missed, to include an entire register being disconnected from the main trunk. It was nice to really see the pride the crew took in performing the work to include a double check of what each other did to make sure nothing was missed and to ensure protection of the home. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and return for future cleanings.

I'm a bit older (85) with a dust allergy, so I need as dust free atmosphere as possible. After sneezing my nose off and sealing the house to the nth degree, my last vestige of hope were the air ducts. Shoulda' done that first. DustMedic was wonderful. Both Justin and Dallas worked methodically carefully. Couldn't have asked for a more professional job. As for price, they were very competitive.

Great service. Used them twice at two different houses. High integrity. They accidentally hit blower motor but took immediate responsibility and had it checked by and repaired by HVAC company of my choice same day...and they picked up tab.

Day of service there were a couple hiccups getting to my home, but their awesome technicians stayed in constant contact, as they got things resolved. Good communication is huge with me! They did a very thorough job, explaining things as they went along. They were polite, respectful, professional, and genuinely nice to chat with! I couldn't be any more satisfied!!
