Recently had Mark S. out to give our Furnace a Service Check. He was awesome, very in depth, communicated what he was looking for and what he found in an easy to understand way while sharing pictures he took inside with a Borescope. We found that we need to look into replacing our system in the near future and he did everything he could making the equipment affordable. The prices with Service One for the new equipment are not the cheapest but his work with me was very much appreciated.

Kevin did an outstanding job servicing my furnace. He thoroughly completed the inspection, clearly explained how the furnace is currently performing, and took the time to walk me through what to watch for since it’s an older unit. His explanations were easy to understand and very helpful, which gave me confidence in both the condition of the system and how to maintain it going forward. On top of his technical expertise, Kevin was extremely friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with my technician. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and cleaned the area that he worked in. All other tech left the area a mess for me to clean up. He was very friendly and polite. Service One is lucky to have a employee like Chris.

Great service repair by Israel. Fast diagnostic and thorough repair. He even reminded me to put in new batteries in my electronic thermostat as they were also low. :) Would definitely appreciate working with him again- friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed until he confirmed there were no additional issues and the odor from furnace issue had disappated. .

Bryan was exceptional from start to finish. He worked with impressive efficiency, explained everything clearly, and took the time to ensure I fully understood the condition of my furnace. His professionalism and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. By the time he finished, I felt completely confident in my furnace’s functionality and genuinely grateful for the thorough, high-quality service he provided.

Been haven Service one over 20yrs now they r great & reasonable on most home things!! We got our plumbing system checked....Only thing I will take away from Serv 1 is they do not have the block times of am & pm.....So when u think they may come around 1pm or soooo no maam its 8am ...l.o.l but I wish they go back 2 that cause sometimes its hard to schedule other things on that day....ur day really got to b freed up! I mean they do call u like 30-45 mins b4 arrival...

We had a complete water system check and our tankless water heater was cleaned. Cody did a great job checking everything out and was very respectful of our home! Cody explained everything that he had done and showed us pictures he had taken during the inspection. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about our plumbing system. I would definitely recommend Service One for all your home needs.

Had ServiceOne come out to do a checkup on our furnace. Unfortunately, their findings recommended completely replacement due to severe rusting. Although it wasn’t great news, Joseph was very thorough, informative and straight forward which was appreciated. He had Justin stop by the same day to provide a quote for a new furnace and the install guys were there the next morning. Was very impressed with the professionalism and quick action from all that were involved. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC and any other services they offer.

Brandon came by for a concern we had with our dining room light and fan. He was super professional and honest, and fixed the issue in no time. He also gave us suggestions for maintenance and what we can do for updating our fixture in the future. We would recommend him!

Earlier in the week, we also had an HVAC inspection by Kevin, and he was equally great. He answered all our questions, explained our HVAC issues thoroughly, and gave honest and helpful suggestions on our next steps. Overall, we've had good experiences with ServiceOne so far!

I hired Duct medic to clean my air ducts in my new home. I recently purchased hand made ceramic outlet covers. They were delivered to my front porch an Air Duct Medic employee then proceeded to bring the package into my home where now it is missing. I have him on camera bringing it in. I called the company and they were rude, unprofessional and unsupportive of me the customer! I would not trust any anyone from that company into my home

I am absolutely seeing less dust since my vents were cleaned. I should have done this sooner!

Very professional. Showed at the appointment time. Took the time to explain the entire process, all my questions were answered. Cleaned up after themselves and left things as they were before the cleaning process. I would have them back again.
